After moving to Wisconsin last year, I was in need of a mechanic. My friend recommended Andy's, and…read moreI've used their services for all of my automotive needs from that point on. Thus far, I've been there 8 times this past year and I have to say they do an amazing job at a very reasonable rate. The employees are super friendly, and Andy is always willing to work out a decent deal for small services (I had my heating core flushed for almost nothing) They are very knowledgeable on what you need done to your vehicle, and never try upseling you additional services that aren't necessary. They also offer towing services that are available quickly and at good prices as well. Highly recommend them!!

I would not recommend Code-3 Emergency Roadside Services based on my experience. The technician,…read moreJason, was rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout the service call. He was unable to remove the lug nuts from my vehicle because he did not have the proper tools for the job. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he became frustrated and directed his attitude toward me. At one point, he said, "You know what? I don't have to be here," and then left without resolving the issue or offering an alternative solution. I understand that some roadside situations can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with respect. A professional technician should arrive with the appropriate equipment or, at the very least, communicate respectfully if they are unable to complete the job. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
