For a premium brand, this felt like a huge miss in customer experience and brand alignment. The gap between my car and the loaner was substantial and didn't reflect the level of service I expected. I understand loaner availability can vary, but customers should receive a vehicle that reasonably matches the quality of what they drive--especially when returning for a rework. This experience left me feeling undervalued. I even shared my feedback with the team onsite when picking up my car, and the response I received was, "It's a free car" and "Whelp, that is how it is here." That attitude was disappointing and reinforced the feeling that customer experience wasn't a priority. I hope they review their loaner policy and approach to feedback to ensure better experiences in the future.

I tried calling back after waiting a couple of weeks . It is very hard to talk to anyone there as they have no voice mail. After a month I reached them and they said they had not touched it and refused to fix it. So they wasted a month of my time, were not honest with me, were hostile, simply the pits. The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. Nothing is flush. There's a gap between the bumper and the trunk that is visible with the lid open. The bumper doesn't line up with the body on the driver's side and the taillight on the passenger's side is not flush. To Bill's credit, he has tried very hard to make this right but at some point we have to accept that they simply do not have the ability to return my car to it's pre-accident condition. I live NEXT DOOR to their business so I wanted to support my local business. I explained my battery light kept flashing on and off and did they have time to visibly look at it (thinking maybe the connections may be bad). I was willing to wait if indeed the battery was the problem for a repair. It couldn't have taken more than 5 min to just look. The woman on the phone didn't ask any further questions, just dismissed me and said we don't have any openings today. Horrible customer service. Uncaring, inflexible and rude. Definitely no "going above and beyond" or "fitting me in". I'm an older single woman with grandchildren to drive around. So disappointed.
