My mom asked about the open sign and the lady ignored the question. I dont know if it was the color profile of my shirts? I'm gay and theres a rainbow on the lead shirt... I don't know if it's because my mom is deaf, reads lips, and the lady didn't want to deal with her. Whatever the lady's reasoning for immediately telling my mom they were closed at 1:30 on a Wednesday with truly no known reason makes me hopeful she changes her attitude and approach before she pushes most of the community out her doors. I don't know why but this rude act has cost her 100% of my business.
