Amazing place! I needed a dress tailored in 24hours and they saved the day. So kind and the dress is hemmed perfectly!

I don't know the circumstances, but my mom was turned away before she could even ask about services. She went in to get some of my shirts washed and pressed. The woman behind the counter shushed her, told her that they were closed ( she had just helped another guest and immediately starting helping the lady behind my mother) and rudely asked her to leave. My mom asked about the open sign and the lady ignored the question. I dont know if it was the color profile of my shirts? I'm gay and theres a rainbow on the lead shirt... I don't know if it's because my mom is deaf, reads lips, and the lady didn't want to deal with her. Whatever the lady's reasoning for immediately telling my mom they were closed at 1:30 on a Wednesday with truly no known reason makes me hopeful she changes her attitude and approach before she pushes most of the community out her doors. I don't know why but this rude act has cost her 100% of my business. read more

Very accommodating I showed up with my daughter not thinking about needing an appointment for alterations for her prom dress. Nancy still took care of us and went above and beyond for us! We greatly appreciate it! Great work, requested a few items to be hemmed and it was a fast turn around and items look great! My husband dropped off some uniforms for her to sew on patches a week ago, before our first vacation in 6 years (due to deployments and units). He was finally able to take time off so we could finally spend time as a family. She tells him that she is going on vacation on the 9th and will be closed the 8th. So we had to shorten our vacation to come back and get his uniform. He went in this morning the 7th and they weren't even ready! It wouldn't of been a big deal if they were ready when he came in to get them, not her doing them at the last moment like "oh yeah I need to sew these on that only takes a few minutes". Outstanding. Other dry cleaners told me my down coat could not be repaired but she repaired it and her cost was very reasonable. She's out of my neighborhood but since then I always go out of my way to bring anything that needs cleaning or repair to her.
