One time we thought it was a big problem that would've been hundreds, he figured out it was just something loose, tightened it and didn't even charge anything. Something similar this time. A different shop told me my brakes were kaput and we figured out they were fine, it was something very minor. He could've easily just changed them anyway for profit but instead took the time to explain that they were fine and the other place was full of it. Rotating the tires and fixing the psi fixed the issue. He's very down to earth and honest when something is fine vs needing work. I'll only ever be coming here when I need work, and would recommend to anyone. If you see this, thank you so much!

Had no idea so I paid with a credit card only to find out that there is an addition 3% charge on top of it. I had diagnostics done at 2 different places prior. The car was running fine when it was dropped off. I start the car and discover that the engine is running rough, and the check engine light is still ON! Was told that the problem was an ignition coil was bad. I didn't get more than a few blocks from the shop and a pry bar extension fell out from under the car! Now I have to spend more to fix the issue. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Highly Disappointed!!!

When I went to the counter to pay, I was told "no, charge, have a safe trip". If you had guessed that it was only a blown fuse, you would be correct. Las week they did the Inspection on my 2025 BRZ. It was fast, efficient and fairly priced. To be honest, they have a "Boxerhead" on staff (who drives a mean little WRX) and that added to my comfort level. Blair is the service manager and he is a genuine gearhead. Made a reservation for 8am when they open to have oil change, tire rotation, PA state inspection…read moreand emissions done for my wife's suv. I checked with the person at the counter that all those services were on the reservation and would get done. This was confirmed. I called at 2:30pm and it was just then getting an oil change. And this person on the phone says the inspection and emissions are not on the order. And even if it was they "didnt have an inspector there today". Went to pickup and the person at the desk was the same that confirmed with me in the morning the services. I asked why I could not get the inspection and emissions. He gave some reason with almost no detail that their "system was messed up across the company" and then said "thats the government for you". So blamed a technical error on their end but then the government. Then to top it off the oil change cost more for the suv than it costs for my Ram with a Hemi. The communication was bad to nonexistent. Why was I not contacted when an error "with the system" was apparent? Why was I not contacted when our vehicle was done with the oil change/tire rotation? Why did it take 6 1/2 hours to get around to an 8am appointment? They had our vehicle for their entire business day and did not communicate or apologize for the inconvenience. They deflected blame and charged a high oil change price.
