We walked through all the bogus claims from the chain (confirmed passable) and stood together under my car while it was on the lift to look at an actual wheel bearing issue that the chain completely missed. They were able to fix the issue same day at a fraction of the cost the chain quoted me for the non-existent issues - meanwhile I worked peacefully and productively on my laptop in their waiting area. They even let me borrow a car to quickly grab lunch while they worked on my Subaru. Within a few hours, my car was fixed, inspection stickers affixed to my windshield, and I left with peace of mind knowing my car was legal and ready for a long Labor Day weekend road trip.
