I went here for quite a bit of services and was basically scammed. We were told if we paid for an alignment, we would get a warranty to cover the life of my tires for all four tires. Originally, we were not going to get an alignment, but after we were told that information we went ahead and purchased the alignment. A couple weeks down the line I get a screw in my brand new tires and figured I would call and ask what my warranty covers which is how I find out that I never had a warranty on my tires, I question the person on the phone, who then tried to sell me on a warranty telling me it is $20 a tire that whoever cashed me out lied. Basically, we paid for an alignment that we weren't going to have performed there for no reason. We were given the warranty later on by another store and a district manager after I spent a good hour on the phone, trying to get a hold of someone to put me in contact with someone higher up overseeing that store. I am still very frustrated that we spent $100 on an alignment plus labor we didn't want, to get a warranty they never gave us until they were caught in a lie. On top of that, I find out later that this store put the warranty in, but not under the right car they put in a fake license plate number, as well as as a car make and model that we do not own. So much more I could say but I don't have the time to type it out. This place is sketchy I do not recommend at all whatsoever. You will pay for labor and parts you do not need for your car. They will ask you to call customer service to report your incident but then NEVER call you back. They won't make their wrongs right. On top of that, I left with a screw in my brand new tires. DO NOT GO HERE! Specially the 3108 Cape Horn Rd location. They have deceptive business practices and do shady work. They caused $4765.44 in damages to my sons vehicle by installing too small or incorrect parts and then allowing him to leave with the camber extremely positive and leaving the vehicle unaligned. They charged us for double parts and then gave us a hard time to refund them. I would not take your vehicle here for inspection as they placed a "homemade" bolt on the knuckle which was much smaller than the factory bolt. That bolt by itself was extremely negligent and deceptive on their part. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! For any reason! I went in for an alignment and came out with a busted skidplate and gas tank! Whatever they ran over was hard enough to smash the drive shaft into the frame. Contacted store manager then regional manager and were no help. They test drive cars off camera so it is tech's word against mine. Sooo it's late on a NFL SUNDAY ???! and I get a flat on 1 of the other cars . I'm like F$$k !!!!!!!!!! while trying to watch the game. so I move over to my phone to watch the eagles finish playing. while taking the tire off the car . once I finished. while still watching the game on the phone . I look up this place ? I hit them up , speak to a young man by the name of Josh . now mind you ? I know it's late and it's NFL Sunday . and they WILL be busy . sure enough they was . but Josh told me that since the tire was off the car and just needed a plug ? to bring it in . ( I knew to get anywhere with getting that tire fixed today , I had to meet someone half way by taking the tire off) it worked ! lol . he also waved the fee to fix the tire ! on top of it all . Walked in Sunday looking to price tires for a 2008 Infiniti FX35. The gentleman running the front desk gave me several options on tire with various prices. I picked a tired in my price range. The service rep said they had them in stock and could put them on immediately. He also asked if I wanted a wheel alignment which is a good idea since I would be driving a vehicle potentially out of alignment causing undue wear on the new tires. I asked what the cost was for an alignment prior to them replacing my old tires. I left with an aligned vehicle with new tires ready for winter weather. I would recommend them and if you are unsure of the price for a service, ask. read more

Wouldn't bother, they charged me 85.00 just to balance my tires...didn't buy tires just a balance. Wouldn't have scheduled the service if they actually posted their outrageous prices.
