Just had a conversation with Jessica and I feel compelled to give feedback to Mr. Knox. This is a…read moreclassic case of how one employee can reflect so negatively on a business. In a matter of 48 hours we had "I could care less" service by one driver who came to pick up a roll-off and refused to do so basically because the back door was not fully closed and he couldn't close it to... a second driver who assured me to not worry about the door that he would get the door closed because he knew how to do it and had done so many times before. Furthermore, I was a billed $125 as a demurrage charge, which from my point of view is paying for the incompetence of the first driver. No one called me in advance to discuss. They just added it to my bill. I am a a reasonable man but that is BS.
