Kebab Daddy is an excellent place for meat. The staff is super helpful and accommodating, they will even suggest the best deal depending on how many people you're feeding. My favorite of the meats so far was the tri-tip. Their chicken was also perfectly tender. Their eggplant salad was also excellent. Perfectly smoky. The owner is wonderful. He's super knowledgeable about the cuts of meat. I'll definitely be back.

I went to montrose for a festival and after saw this place when vendors closed shop. I like kebabs and Mediterranean food. Inside, it is clean and put well together. The service was not great. Poor execution, no ambition or enthusiasm at all from the front register. But, at least it was tolerable. The food taste itself was unfortunate for the price. My two burritos: the sujuk and the basturma were salty and the ingredients inside were heavily fried in oil. I enjoyed the basturma burrito more because it had a great texture to the wagyu meat as they say, but not much of it. The burrito was basically a breakfast burrito with wagyu beef. It had beef, eggs, tater tots, onions and a garlic cream sauce. It should have been bigger considering it was $20 and I had much better tasting and bigger burritos elsewhere. Gyromania has cheaper and bigger along with better tasting and value than this. The service was also better than this. Sauces? They are extra. One of the dips you could purchase for $10 which contained a measly medium sized container. The dips were hummus and a garlic cream sauce. A pita wrap with chicken was also ordered and it was not great. It was average. The other wrap was beef and it was also average. The taste was okay, not chewy but not succulent either. Wait time was about 20 minutes long. The best of them all was their seasoned French fries which should not be the highlight but they were crunchy, seasoned well and flavorful. You need to pay more for water and other drinks as well at a steep price. I would say based on the overall experience, I would give 4/5 because it was unique tasting and clean inside. Service and food for value were horrible. Luckily, the French fries were the best I ever had and although not healthy, they tasted better than any others I have tried in my life.

i tried this place because i have heard a lot about it. I gave it three stars because i am Mediterranean and now how this food should taste. The Kafta (or Lule) is really delicious, and i have read on one of the clients reviews that its 80% beef 20% pork, but I just learned that it is NOT TRUE, they use all beef , premium quality. Just to be fair it was a delicious meal, but overpriced for kabab, where i prefer to pay less at other places for the same good flavor. read more

We love Kebab Daddy! Their lule kebabs are so tender and juicy. Our favorite is the beef-pork mix! It's dynamite, especially with the garlic labni. Such a fantastic blend of flavors. Our 4 & 6 year old daughters also love the lule kebabs with rice, so it's a win-win where we can all enjoy eating together as a family. Haven't tried the breakfast yet, but it's on out to do list. I also really appreciate all of the community support that Kebab Daddy donates. From supporting 4-year old girls soccer teams to CV High. They rock! read more

There are more kebab places in Glendale than you could ever need, and I confess I went to this one just because I needed to grab a quick lunch in Montrose. Got the lula kebab sandwich combo, which includes fries and a drink, for about $11. The lula kebab was cooked to order, which was a nice surprise. It was super juicy and came wrapped up in a fat lavash wrap with a mild salsa like sauce . Lots of food right there: I was too full to even eat the fries so I took them home. Will definitely return to try the chicken! read more

I moved into northern glendale from Los Feliz, and was disappointed by the food in the area. That changed when I drove north to la Canada and Montrose. Kebab daddy was one of the first places I found and has become my go to place for cheap amazing food. The best deal is the paleo plate. 2 skewers of meat, and the vegetables... It's a really good deal. The beef shish and pork shish are my favorite. (The beef shish is off the hook - it's AMAZING.). Also they've got one of those fancy soda machines that can make any soda and have free refills. They've also got breakfasts, and open early. Highly recommend this place! read more

Decided to drop in as I drove by looking for a place for pickup. Suprised they didn't serve falafel :( When the cashier noticed I was disappointed, he offered to let me try a few sides. Yum. Hooked. Ordered the daddy's Lule which the cadhier suggested. Made it a bowl with garlic lebni. Food was so hot and fresh! Lule was juicey and not dry like other places. The basmatti rice had just the right amount of butter. I usually don't like garlic, but the lebni was perfect! Definitely will be back! Why not a 4? The owner/manager walked by me a few times. Didn't seem too friendly. If he least smiled, I think I would have felt more welcomed. read more

I LOVE this place! They always offer healthy alternatives to all their customers and it's something I can appreciate since I've been trying to live a healthier lifestyle! Their chicken is so tender and they have a variety of options as far as drinks go, pleasing the little ones and the older crowd! The staff is always friendly and always make sure you got exactly what you ordered and how you ordered it. Being a very picky person, this last bit is big plus for me. I ordered the lamb kebab plate. I love lamb and will say the meat was flavorful and tender. The rice that came with it was good, but the disappointing part was the yogurt sauce that was claimed to be with garlic. It didn't have much flavor. I've been to some kebab restaurants were the garlic sauce is so amazing and when you put it with your meat and rice your mouth can't get over the taste sensation. I guess I was looking for this and it just wasn't there. A nice lunch that came with a salad with a balsamic type of dressing that was good read more

I ordered a beef wrap, it was literally nothing but bread and some meat. The meat was tender ill give it that. No veggies or tomatoes (besides this sad teaspoon of salsa I received in it.) was really hoping to like this place, but not very good. read more

I ordered a beef lule wrap and it was a plain looking burrito like creation. Meat was flavorful but other than that nothing else great to expect. There were no veggies, just meat and hummus. It also came with an order of dry fries and had no texture. This is food for sustenance not enjoyment. read more

Okay, so I'm delayed in posting this truly positive second review, but I have to admit, the food brought me back! Now I can count on getting GREAT service and my family and all the friends that visit are in love with this place too. I order the chicken kebab every single time, my husband orders their veggie kebabs and from what my kids and friends tell me, the steak is out of this world. Don't forget to order the tater tots, they rock! And the garlic lebni is crazy good! Dip everything you can in it and pile it on your food, you won't be sorry. Get on their message list and they send you notifications once every couple weeks of great special prices they offer for that day. read more

Kebab daddy's tag line of "nothing fancy simply quality" rings true for their whole operation. They offer great breakfast and Mediterranean food with high quality ingredients in familiar and favorite dishes. They made me the wrong dish but quickly corrected it and sincerely wanted to make sure I had a great experience. You get a free Coffee Bean coffee from the Coffee Bean next door if you order a breakfast wrap. Their breakfast wrap, btw, is AWESOME. No extra charge for egg whites, turkey sausage, and other healthy options available, and it all goes together in delicious goodness! The omelet that they made for me by mistake was just okay. While something people thought that $7 for a breakfast wrap might be a little pricey it easily matched a lot of other sit down breakfast omelette type options in the Pasadena area that routinely go for $9-15. My wife got the lulu wrap w/ garlic sauce and she enjoyed it as well. This place makes Grade-A tater tots (nothing fancy but high quality crispy crunchy tots). Also, the water from the their water machine tastes really good. From the food to the service, kebab daddy genuinely cares about its customers. 4.5 stars! read more

I love this place! New spot in Montrose and the kabob actually compares almost to Raffi's in Glendale. I like this place especially cause they deliver. Food is reasonably priced and the taste is unique. 3 different place size portion choices with easy ordering. Try it out! Customer service is great and the 5 times I've ordered they have never made a mistake. Try their lamb and beef combo koobideh! read more

The first time I saw the giant yellow "KEBAB DADDY" with flames on top of the Coffee Bean sign, I just thought to myself, "Oh no! Not another kebab place!" But oh my gosh, I am so happy this place exists! Food: Their food is absolutely delicious! I've always gotten the plates, and have tried Daddy's Famous Lule, Chicken Lule, All Beef Lule, and the Chicken Shish. They are all ridiculously good! The meats are so fresh, juicy, and moist. Their hummus, house mix, garlic lebni sauces are out of this world! My mom makes homemade hummus, but I prefer Kebab Daddy's :P And I don't know what it is about their rice, but it is very, very tasty. Service: Best service I have probably ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly, and they acknowledge me every time I've walked in their doors. Anyone that says anything negative about their service, is purposely trying to bash this place for personal reasons. I have been coming here since they opened, and every time I have walked in the door, I have received excellent customer service. For me, customer service is the most important factor for me in returning, and aside from their delicious food, is one of the reasons I am still a customer. This place is a MUST TRY. The food is simply on another level. We shared a few things, and every single one was a home run. The Wagyu and Lamb Shish Kebabs are exquisite - incredibly tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The Lule is packed with flavor, and you can just tell that everything is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions are always generous, and the sides like the hummus and dolma are bursting with authentic flavor. I've also had their breakfast burrito on a previous visit, and it's a total game-changer! What really makes this place special, though, is the service. The team, especially the owner John and his staff, always make you feel so welcome and taken care of. I was skeptical at first because there are a lot of other kebab places to go to but I was pleasantly surprised. The meat quality is very good, they've been in the meat buriness for years so they know whats up. My favorites are their chicken breast and Daddys famous lule. What I like more than the meat is their house mix, which is basically a Meditteranean-Middle Eastern salsa, and it makes everything better. We've also done catering with them a couple times and it was a great experience, never missing any food (actually they threw in extra items for us) and tasted great. Everyone who had it liked it and asked where it was from. If you're looking to just have some good food, give this place a shot. read more

I was refereed to Kebab Daddy from a friend of mine and decided to give it a try. I ordered lunch for my family (family of 5) and the bill came out to be a little more pricier than expected, close to $90. I ordered two chicken plates, 2 daddy's famous lulus and one pork shesh (I've been to numerous Mediterranean restaurants a lot more affordable.) Customer service was excellent very informative and helpful. Overall taste was okay, nothing that stood out to be honest. The roasted veggie salad that was on top of the rice was delicious though. Unfortunately, a few hours later my brother and I had really bad heart burn and my father got a little sick. Great service but the food was mediocre. read more

Love me some Kebab Daddy! We went as part of the Palm Crest Elementary dine out. The service is great (the guys at the counter are always friendly and eager to please), and the food is fresh and tasty. We appreciate the variety of meal options: wrap (meat, veggies and sauce in a pita), bowl (meat on rice) or plate (which is the biggest, and can feed two with its serving of meat, rice, salad and roasted eggplant "house mix"! ). The protein choices are delicious. My kids love the lule (ground beef or chicken) kebabs, while I enjoy the chicken breast and the tri-tip. Make sure to ask for extra garlic lebni (yogurt sauce) - it makes everything awesome! read more

This is by far the best Kebab place in LA ! I've been coming here for over a year now and nothing beats the personalized service you get. If you ask for extra garlic sauce, they really make sure to garlic it up for you, you ask for jalapeños and they will grill the jalapeños to perfection and throw them in the wrap. Even during Covid, everything is top notch ! Safe, clean, social distancing and great service. This is now the only Kebab place I'll eat at and the only one that reminds me of how Kebab is served in Sweden and other parts of Europe. The trip-tip kebab wrap is where it's at :) but still 5 stars all around. read more

My daughter in Montrose turned us on to this place when she had us pick up some take out and go to their house. The take out was ready just on time. I like chicken breast which is normally dry, but Kebab Daddy makes it moist and really good. My husband likes pork, so he ordered pork the first time and really liked it. The 2nd time he ordered pork belly and thought he had died and gone to heaven. Really any other kebabs we have tried in other areas do not compare. I wish they would open one closer to my house! read more

We've been using kebab daddy's catering services for office functions frequently over the past year. They've never let us down and deliver some of the best meats I've ever had fresh off the grill. Their beef kabobs are one of a kind, and I'm not really a chicken eater but everyone in the office goes crazy for their chicken shish. I really recommend kebab daddy for all of your catering needs. Amazing place man.. Very clean and very tasty.. They use certified angus beef meaning it's only choice meat for those of you that don't know.. A little on the expensive side but well worth it for me.. If your looking for a deal this is not the place for you..so if your a cheapo and linking for a 6 dollar plate for get it.. I absolutely love this place! A must if you are in Los Angeles area. I have been coming here for over a year now and it is my favorite Kebab spot in town! I usually get the Lamb Pitta Wrap so delicious, it is tasty and tender and juicy. Everything I could ever ask for!! i came in today with high expectations and walked out very disappointed.The service was horrible. The girl taking my order was too busy on her phone to hand me what i had asked for. If the costumer's aren't a businesses top priority then the business is doing something wrong with its staff. It is really hard to find restaurants with healthy low carb and paleo food. This place has it! The wait isn't too long and the food smells good. We have been to many many greek restaurants as this is one of my favorite types of food. My daughter ordered some take out a few months ago and we tried it. This is hands down the best kababs you can find. I would not consider going anywhere else. The pork belly is to die for! They also deliver so that makes it really convenient.
