Salmon platter with 2 sides. $26

I'm very disappointed in the size of the salmon. It seems like it's getting smaller by the week. The sides are cool but the protein is supposed to be the star of the meal. I purchased the same platter last week and the salmon portion was doubled in size. I won't be going back. It's a waste of $$$.

I don't know what this black thing i circled is..... But i know damn sure it's not food it was in my candy yams. It was very hard too.

Yesterday was my first time trying Keboom's at Roots Picnic. Besides the performances, visiting her food truck was the highlight of the festival. Food was really flavorful. We tried the buffalo chicken eggrolls and the burger sliders. The food is fire and the service was super quick. Only complaint was the food was barely room temperature and got cold before we could finish. Berry lemonade reminded me Kool aid but it was good and wasn't too sweet. I will definitely return to try more menu items. Nothing is better than being super happy and grateful you visited a successful small business :) thank you!

My first time trying this spot, I placed an order thru DoorDash and the pics did not disappoint. The food arrived hot, plated neatly. I ordered 2 fried fish platters with Mac and cheese and fresh sautéed spinach. The amount of food was perfect. I'm sure I had about 4-5 pieces of fish. The Mac was creamy and cheesy, and the spinach was fresh! I enjoyed the entire meal and also had enough for lunch the next day. The only con is you will have to wait awhile. That was fine with me as I was home working. An really if you want good food you can't rush the process. You can tell it was made with love I would definitely order again to try other options.

Their food is realllyyyy good! I definitely recommend going there instead of DoorDash it's expensive on DoorDash I paid 65 dollars for 2 platters. Definitely recommend there keeboom burgers!!!!

This is the second time we ordered from Keeboom but the first time I was able to write a review. We ordered the meal on Uber Eats because the menu was different on GrubHub (there were greens on Uber Eats and not on GrubHub). I'd encourage looking at both when ordering delivery. It seems as though they have specials on their platters on Sunday. My husband ordered the whole fried wing platter with mac and cheese and greens as his sides and a side of seasoned rice. I ordered a fried whiting platter with greens and mac with a side of yams. The wings and fish were fried nicely. They were pretty good. The mac and cheese was very cheesy but actually lacked flavor. The greens were salty but pretty good. The rice was okay. But lissssten, the yams were the best thing we ordered. Not too sugary or syrup. I would certain order those again. Overall, we thought Keeboom was okay/pretty good.

I'm so happy I was too lazy to cook after a busy work day and let my fellow yelpers guide me to Keeboom's!! I ordered the the Beef Boom Combo. Delivery guy couldn't locate my address so I got it a bit cold. No worries I cranked up the oven and let the goods get warm. What a huge plate of goodness! The shrimp were perfectly fried. Could've used some seasoning but the sauces made up for that. The chicken cheese roll was So good! The little sliders were packed with flavor. Can I order them. Ext time with some veggies? The wings were really good as well. This plate of food for the cost is a win win! The fries were ok but those Sauces were what made Everything go Boom' I'll be ordering from here regularly!

We waited over 2 1/2 hours for our food! I got turkey wings with so much rice and broccoli. I want it gravy, but there was no option to add it. It was good, but not worth the long wait! My daughter said she enjoyed her meal! There's no reason anyone should wait this long for their food, so I can't patronize them again!

This was my 1st time ordering from Kee Booms Kitchen. I placed a order through Doordash for Beef Burger Combo. The platter comes with 2 small boom burgers, 4 pieces of shrimp, 4 honey garlic wing dings, buffalo chicken roll, and fries. The Burgers were decent, though I expected better. I did have some Sweet Chili sauce & Boom sauce which tasted good on the Fries, buffalo chicken Roll, and fried shrimp. However the honey garlic wings were awful. The wings were fried too hard & no flavor, no season, just coated in Honey Garlic sauce. 25.00 is a bit pricey for this platter, and I didn't get my money worth.. My experience wasn't bad but far from great.

Stuffed Salmon, Mac & Cheese, and Broccoli

After a long trip to Philly I didn't feel like cooking, found this little gem on Uber Eats and decided to give them a try. The portions were ample; the stuffed Salmon was amazing, and so was the broccoli. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good, a little different than I am used to but not in a bad way, I still enjoyed it. It's a little pricey but the quality of food was made it worth it. I also had the Berry juice (the blue one) which was delicious. I'll definitely be eating here again!

I visited for lunch during Restaurant Week, which I enjoyed because of its close proximity to the corporate hub in Center City where I work and for its solid menu. I was seated quickly at a high-top for my noon reservation. The restaurant is much larger inside than it looks, split in half with the left providing an upscale bar aesthetic while the right presents a quieter, modern lounge feel. (It seemed like service staff was directing those with previously-booked OpenTable RSVPs to the lounge side.) Service was great, as my waitress continuously checked in during my meal even as more customers arrived throughout the lunch period. I appreciated being offered to add fries on my burger order, as Village Whiskey didn't have it automatically added on the RW menu. The only drawback was she forgot to ask how I wanted my burger cooked, but it came out medium rare which is the way I eat it regardless. I trust that's how they default, which is a good sign. The Food Breakdown: Deviled Eggs (4/5) - Classic, solid, and a good starter. I honestly selected it since the other appetizer options didn't really appeal to me, but nothing spectacular or negative about it. Four comes with each order. All-American Burger (5/5) - Fantastic. I'm not a pickle enjoyer, but the acidity just blended into each juicy bite. The jam had a slight kick, and you can taste the fattiness within the double Wagyu smash patties. High-quality all around and a solid portion size. Duck Fat Fries (4/5) - They were well-seasoned, and each order comes with a small side of ketchup. Granted I didn't ask, but I almost wish they offered a spicy mayo instead because it would complement the crunchiness better. Overall, the food quality and taste were superb. My only caveat was the price, knowing that $35 after tax and gratuity for lunch (without an additional drink) is costly. I wouldn't be able to come everyday, but it certainly has my vote for sharing with others the destination that has an immaculate burger.

On a whim, I called Butcher Bar and told them I know it's last minute on a Saturday night, but could they accommodate 9 people. They told me if we were there in 30 minutes they could make it work, so we rushed over. We sat at the bar for drinks as they cleaned up a table. They overheard us talking about how The Trough would be nice (feeds 8 for $300, but was more than enough for us 9), and said if we wanted that they could get it started as the table was prepared. We said yes, and were sat a few minutes later with drinks in hand. Jenna (Gema? She had grape earrings) was a fantastic server and just so kind and attentive. She kept the drinks flowing and The Trough arrived sooner than I expected and was everything I wanted for dinner and more. I can't thank Butcher Bar enough for saving the night for my 40th and just providing a fantastic experience. We'll be back, and we promise to give more notice next time! :)

It was much better than their root vegetable soup, and I was quite fond of that soup. It's honestly nothing like anything else on the menu. It has an indian? maybe? taste to it. It's so good. there is these juicy white raisins inside, some sliced almonds (not treenut friendly), and some sort of white yogurt sauce with micro greens. really a fantastic flavor pallet and the actual soup texture is smooth minus the toppings. Cashew Hummus: okay so here's my thing. I find that this restaurant in particular does such a disservice with their menu item descriptions. Based off of the description of this dish, I would think it's probably decent at best, and might not even order it. luckily I had a sixth sense to know this would be amazing. it's truly so good. it's a hummus layer topped with a bunch of seasoned roasted vegetables and chickpeas. The flavors are great and the textures are also great. I wouldn't have known it was cashew hummus if you didn't tell me. it's honestly not that large, so if you really like vegtables and hummus i'd get your own or split with only one person. if everyone is demure, it could go four ways. also! I don't think it comes with bread. it didn't come with bread this recent visit, but I am not sure if that was a mistake or that's how it is. But, to be safe, i'd save your bread you get at the begining to use for this. this is a must get every time I go. Dandelion salad: I only order this for my welsh rarebit. I like to eat my welsh rarebit with some of the salad since the acid cuts the fatty cheese. but, I will say, it's a very good salad. my favorite part is the thinly sliced celery pieces. it has a bunch of varying greens, celery, avocado, cucumber. all dressed in a lemony dressing. it's very simplistic and that's why I think it's so good. it's quite large, and would be a great "for the table" order so that everyone has some fresh bites with their rich entrees. Welsh Rarebit: my favorite. if you don't know what welsh rarebit is, it's basically fancy cheese toast. think proper fondue cheese with Worcestershire, mustard, maybe guinness, melted on a thick piece of toast. so an open faced fancy grilled cheese. it's two big slices of toast. could easily be shared for the table but I prefer my own order. if you get this I recommend also getting the dandelion salad and eating them together. Chocolate Set: I haven't tried their other desserts, but I just know they are a waste of time compared to this. the chocolate set is a dense chocolate mousse with earl gray ice cream, chocolate nibs, and a few orange slices. it's so simple but so so good. texturally, amazing. the smoothness of the mousse with the crunchy nibs is the perfect contrast. the orange is bright, the ice cream is just great on its own and does so well paired with everything else. it can be shared 4 ways if you have demure people. my family of four just orders two and we get half each. that works for us, we would never be able to share one. all in all great service as always, great food, and obviously a gorgeous interior.
