Later when I decided to cut back on the amount of work till spring he was very amenable and reconfigured my quote. I think this father-son team is very reliable and know their field well. The owner, Tim, was very responsive to all our questions. He listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered exactly what we had asked for. We wanted to remove our unsightly dead lawn and replace it with a drought tolerant California native garden with redwood mulch and drip irrigation. We also wanted two pathways leading from the street to the house. Tim suggested that we use brick-colored pavers to match the brick on the house, and he designed a way to join the 2 pathways in a very creative and aesthetically pleasing way. We get so many compliments from neighbors and visitors about this. This is a family owned business, and family members work on the crew. They are very easy to communicate with and are very honest and reliable. Also, their price was significantly lower than the other estimate that we got. Can't say it any better - responsive, effective and reasonable. I had an underground leak near a set of sprinkler valves. Other companies I called didn't show up while Keep It Leafy came the same day when I said I couldn't turn off the water. It turned out it was a leak in the house's main water line and they figured it out and fixed in quickly.
