They put down new mulch/bark all over existing flower beds, sidewalk level and terraces; while simultaneously cleaning up the area of weeds. I just wanted the dirt patches in the front and back of the house landscaped and he delivered on top of removing all of the old rocks in the area and power washing our brick. I also asked for a variation of purples and greens and for exactly that. They also replaced our old sprinkler system with new automated sprinklers. Chris and his crew were great to work with. His pricing was fair and broke down each item and allowed me to buy certain materials myself since I could get it for cheaper through Sam's Club. He was professional, was flexible and understanding when unforeseen circumstances came up. For example, the vendor sent the wrong colored pavers (light grey) when I ordered charcoal/black pavers. The vendor said that's the only color they had left. Chris personally drove to the stone yard to go through their warehouse to find the right color pavers that matched the floor samples. There were some delays not the fault of Chris and he kept the work on schedule to make sure our backyard was ready for our daughter's birthday party. Although this was a small project, I intend to hire Chris and his crew again when I decide to completely redo the rest of our landscaping. He was a pleasure to work with. read more

I desperately needed to refresh my backyard. I liked the original design but after 6 years of weeds and grass, it was more than I could handle by myself. I also have trees that needed pruning, a fence that was falling apart, and a drip irrigation that needed attention. Union Landscaping came to give me a quote.
