It wasn't until I did a desperate hail mary Google search for "Honda motorcycle repair" that I found Sic Customs. I had recently come into a twenty-year-old ST1100 that had sat in storage for half a decade that I needed to get up and running. I called the shop and talked to the owner, Patrick, who sounded very knowledgeable and professional over the phone. Based on that, I decided to take my bike and my business his shop. These guys were on the case! Sic Customs got my bike up and running for a very reasonable sum and were very straight-forward about their schedule and commitments. Patrick also was extremely helpful with some follow-up questions I had after the service. You could argue whether or not they are the perfect independent shop, but they are definitely skilled, honest, and reasonably-priced. And if you've got all that in one shop, what more could you want?

Stumbled upon their site via Facebook and saw they had a shop full of ducs in their pictures, so I figured I give them a shot. Nate (owner) and Bill (shop manager) are just fantastic to work with, they know their bikes well, explain it in layman terms to me and are always friendly. They get the work done timely and their pricing is fair. Recently I've gotten the tank repainted and handle bars replaced. Nate even suggested some vintage decals and are now debating black gloss or white gloss on a matte black tank. We'll see. Not putting either on a freshly painted tank. I also found out that they tune bikes, and are Harley Davison authorized to change the ECM. So I brought my bike back and got it tuned! Total satisfaction with the bike now! I'm glad they are working in the back because his regular customers would not want to hear that. All heavy-gauge steel and built to last 1,000 years (unlike what you can buy today) But the problem was I could fire it up and it would run for a few seconds and then stop. I was at a loss and kind of upset that I might have thrown away $300. I did a quick internet search and found these guys. They had a few favorable reviews so I thought I'd give them a shot to see if they could get this thing running. I talked to Matt. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was confident he could fix it and came and picked it up the next day. Matt called two days to give me an update on the repair. This was something he did not have to do and I was duly impressed he went out of his way to communicate with me. He said he was waiting on one more part to be delivered and it would be good to go. He explained what he had done to the tiller up to that point (Greek to me by the way) but he was very thorough and walked me through the entire process. He called a couple days later to tell me the tiller was up and running. He delivered it to me that afternoon. It fired up on the first pull and I had to do a couple test rows on my garden. WOW! It IS a beast! Worked great! Matt and Brandon are deserving of your business. They are knowledgeable, honest, fair and friendly.
