Love stopping by for a quick shave and clean up. Found in a small little plaza it can be easily missed as you zoom by on the often busy Narcossee. On weekends this place can be crowded and it might take some time but during week days I can always walk in sit right down in a chair and get my hair trimmed and face cleaned up. WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER RECEIVED! I'm not one to ever leave reviews but my haircut was so bad it is only right that I share this info. I went into Keep it Sharp to get a haircut for my court date the next day. I told the barber (Matt Diaz Sr) to give me a 5 on the top and a 2 on the sides and make it connect to my beard. Before I knew it all my hair was cut off down to a 3 then he chopped off my widows peak (which I told him not to do) leaving a noticeable stubble mark. Essentially I had an arrow on my forehead, then he tells me that it's a "birthmark" or a "medical condition" this barber didn't understand what a hair line is. He even put die in my beard and made me look extremely unpresentable not only to a judge but to my friends and peers. I can't believe he let me out looking the way I did. I'm literally writing this as my girlfriend is fixing my hairline with make up the next day. Not to mention I paid 35$ with student discount to have a barber make me look like Frankenstein/Avatar the last air bender. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Amazing experience. I travel 80% of the year from Toronto. This week business brought me to Orlando. Needed a quick line up before a exhibit I was attending and this spot really lived up. Shave was clean, customer service was fantastic and very approachable. They accept walk-ins. Some of the barber shops in Toronto need to learn from barbershops like this. I drove by around 12noon the same day and they were packed so I decided to check into my hotel and come back around 7pm and they were not as busy which is amazing for walk ins. We called beforehand since we saw they closed an hour later and the guy told us to come on in. When we arrived, we weren't greeted and two of the three barbers looked like they did not want to be there and the three bickered about who was going to have to be the one to service my husband. This place seemed to be a good fit for my father's needs. He came once before and was so pleased that he scheduled an appointment with one of the barbers today at 1130. The barber he scheduled with still busy with another client. Once he finished he swept the floor and then just sat down. Did he ask if my dad was ready? No. He just sat there and pulled out his phone like he nothing better to do. That is not the way you should treat people. My dad was confused and left. He had a great experience before but he will not be spending his hard earned money there again. read more

I went to this place for about 6 months. Only Barber I went to was MIKE. At first it was great... until it wasn't. Today is Friday February 5th 2021. I've been contacting Mike Every Day since Monday. Texted him Monday and no response. Tuesday same thing. Wednesday same thing. Thursday (yesterday) I call the shop and what do you know, they tell me to contact him. I call him and he finally answers the freaking phone. We scheduled for Friday which is TODAY. This morning he txts me asking if we have an appointment today which of course I Confirmed. I show up for our appointment today at 12pm and guess what, THE GUY DOESN'T SHOW UP! I drove 40min one way, spent money on gas and tolls, and still left with no haircut. My advice to anybody who actually values their own time would be to stay away from here. If you don't mind chasing your barber around in hopes of maybe getting a haircut then have at it. This is the first review that I ever leave in my life and it's a shame that it had to be a negative one. I truly am tired of crappy barbers though. I had the worst experience in this barbershop. It was my first time, and i walked in very excited to hopefully find a barber for my son. The guy that is right when you walk in to your right, asks me if i had called. I told him no and he said iI'll take you anyway. He started getting g my son ready on his chair and stops two times while he had already pass the machine on his head to walk outside and talk to his other client. I walked over because my son kept on moving his head (my son is 9 and has had a haircut every two weeks since he was 1 in NY). I asked him if he was ok, and right there my son goes "ouch". I asked the "barber" if can pas the machine a little softer because he is sensitive in that area. Well, he decided to tell me he was the barber and that he hasn't ven done anything yet. So i said, excuse me? He said "miss I haven't done anything yet, I know what I'm doing". So i told him there was no need to get an attitude I just told him to be a little more gentle. He told me "well i know what I'm doing, i haven't done anything yet". At this point i didn't feel comfortable with the way he was speaking to me so I definitely didn't want to let him cuz my son's hair. I asked another barber to please cut my son's hair. So i moved from his chair. He started telling me i wasn't leaving without paying him, that he was going to call the cops and everything. I told him to go ahead. I also gave him 20$ because it wasn't about the money, it was the way he spoke to me and then tried to intimidate me. The gentleman that finished my son's hair cut was very nice, another younger barber apologized and called the owner, which offered me two haircuts free. I wont go to the barbershop again, only was this man beyond rude and disrespectful, but the other barbers just stood there and didn't do anything. Not even to tell him to relax. The ONLY one who told him to please stop because there were other customers, called the manager and came and apologized multiple times was the younger barber, who maybe is in his early twenties at the front of the shop. He was beyond excellent and apologetic. But, I will not be returning here. Even with the free haircuts that were offered. read more
