After signing up, I was quickly contacted with information on how to complete my 2 hour online portion of the course prior to my 1 hour in-person portion. The online course was straight forward and thorough. The in-person portion with Derek was fun. He was clear and concise and very knowledgable. He was able to relate situations to our profession which made the course more interesting. Derek's equipment was all very clean and well-maintained. I have attended multiple courses throughout my lifetime and he had the coolest mannequins that provided feedback on depth and speed of compressions!
