Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. I received 3 quotes fairly quickly and decided on using Correct Appraisals. Yelp app marked them as "Verified License" and also I liked the background of the owner when I checked out the website. Corbin had posted his experience online. Also liked that he had spent some time in New York Metro area for at least 8 years. Appraisal was done quickly. As far as the report goes, very detailed with sales comparison analyses and photos. Service was fast, quick, and efficient. Great communications. Very detailed and thorough report. The office on B street in San Diego is a We Work space that's not regularly staffed. Had to call for customer support while standing in the lobby. Very frustrating! And finally canceling the listing resulted in a deluge of spam calls from desperate agents wanting to relist the property. Would have been nice to be warned about that.
