They have indoor and outdoor seating. The place always has a cool indoor and outdoor vibe! The patio seating has colorful umbrellas on the ceiling. Please check out my video. It was such a beautiful day we had wanted to eat outside. Outside seating was packed. However, the manager brought a table out to the patio for us. Talk about excellent customer service! We had a delicious meal: Banana French Toast and a Pernil Benedict along with a Coconut Mojito and Cosmo. During our visit, the server kept coming around filling everyone's glasses with water. Besides HH & Dinner, Sonoma Bistro & Grill is great for brunch!

For decades, Krug's Tavern has been proving that a neighborhood bar with a small well-seasoned grill is sometimes all you need. Without any unnecessary fanfare, they've been serving truly exceptional burgers to Newark locals and hungry visitors from across North Jersey, and there's no sign of slowing down. I stopped in one afternoon on the recommendation of a friend who works for the utility company and had spent more than a few lunch hours beneath Krug's dimly lit ceilings. Within a few bites, it was easy to understand why the place has earned such a devoted following. The Shrimp Scampi may sound like an unusual order off the bar menu, but don't overlook it. It's outstanding and deserves a place on the table no matter what else you're eating. Better yet, ask for the house "secret sauce"--a glorious combination of the scampi butter and Buffalo sauce that somehow works far better than it has any right to. I of course got a Guinness. It gets very busy during the lunch hour rush but we grab two seats at the bar. Once everyone goes back to work. It clears out a little bit, but you might have a small weight for a table. Highly recommend this if you're in the area or flying in or out of Newark airport.
