While towing our 26' travel trailer down 60W today we were flagged down by a fellow motorist letting us know we were dragging something & sparking. We turned down the next side street & pulled over into the first parking lot. My husband looked underneath & saw that 2 of our 3 bolts had come undone & the water tank brackets were hanging (not to mention the tank itself!) We realized by complete coincidence, we had pulled into Kroubetz's lot - luck, blessings, whatever you want to call it, but it happened. The gentlemen lent my husband tools & gave him new nuts/bolts/washers so he could fix the problem, and one of them was under our trailer helping him. They refused to accept any $ (or craft beer from Buffalo that we offered lol) so the least we can do is give them a stellar review. It's great to know that good, honest, kind people are out there. We have decided to buy a trailer from them, and we drove away feeling so much better about the process than our first buying process. Niemeyer doesn't have a huge staff...we worked directly with Jim Niemeyer. There was no pressure, no add-on sales tactics...just a small business doing business the right way. Even though we are buying it in January, they will keep it in their back lot until we are ready to bring it home...for no cost and no hassles. I am in the process of researching all camper van options on the market, I have looked at all types and sizes. I wanted to know how a rack could fit on, how to carry bikes or kayak, how much storage inside and out, how a 6-1 man could fit inside comfortably, etc. This is what's wrong with our current country judging something by it's cover and having your mind made up ahead of time. We rented an RV from Brambillas a couple of times and both times everything worked OK and we liked…read morethe units. I think the first one was pretty new. We bought our current RV from Brambillas and they have been good to deal with for service. They do try to treat their customers well, in my opinion. We would buy from them again. And we have found that their service is superior to any RV shop we have used while on our trips. Service seems quite bad in the RV industry in general. I think Brambillas is one of the "good ones".
