There sales team are friendly for the sale and that is where the service stops. They make promises they never intend to keep and make you out to be a liar when you ask about it, classic (and illegal) bait and switch tactic. I was expecting a fair, respectful experience. Don't go here for any RV needs. The customer service was terrible one of the worst experiences in my life. When I finally talked to someone after a week. They only gave me a partial refund and the service manager telling me I was just one of those people that is unhappy with everything including my preacher, haircut and wife. I'm bald, love my wife and have no problem with my priest. She couldn't give me a full refund because of all the time they had into writing an estimate for water damage. They charged me for .62 hours labor when I was there for :40 until they asked me what they were looking at. Then they got my email address :20 later handed me my keys and pointed to my truck. I called and complained about the service and they had an outrageous quote :10 later. Service manager said that was the best she could do she didn't go to church and pray my RV would get damaged so she could get money. Really? Absolute joke, had to contact on 3 different occasions just to get a quote. Then, they jacked up the MSRP 6000.00 to make it seem like a deal was being given. My trade in which I also purchased from them new changed by 3,000.00 dollars after the wife made a phone call. Clearly out to scam any dollar they can off you. Atrocious service, rude and unprofessional. We made an appointment a week in advance for an estimate to repair a leaking skylight on our truck camper. The receptionist acted put out that we were even there, charged us $250 for the estimate, then 40 minutes later, asked what they were "supposed to be looking at." 10 minutes later she hands me the keys and points me to the door, "there's you're truck, we'll email you." They didn't even ask or have my email. I then get an "estimate" for over $5,000.00!! After numerous calls, someone finally responds and says I'm just unhappy with my life, my pastor, my wife, and my haircut? Wth? What business treats customers like that? I'll never go there or recommend them. I filed complaints with BBB, Angie's List, my credit card company and one with the Minnesota Dept of Commerce is pending. read more

We laughed at the response that company posted to our review. All we have to say is "baloney" and the 'we owe' doc statement is a joke (they parked a vehicle in front of our unit so we could not leave w/o signing). Tried working through BBB for a resolution but all we got was the party line... They are not responsible for anything and take no responsibility for the work done/not done by their techs. We stand by our statement and review. Deal with them at your own risk. I wash my hands of this issue and this company. Thank goodness we can repair ourselves and at a much better quality level. My wife and I recently purchased our second RV from Noble in the past five years. One of the main reasons is the quality of the product and people that are associated with Noble. From the owners, sales and especially the service personel we could not be happier with the expierence. We bought a camper from them in February. We bought the camper as it because of 1 water leak damaged corner. Was told roof/walls were solid. What a joke! They lied. We should've ran. That's what you should do know if you are thinking of buying anything from these people. Finance manager couldn't get the finance papers right. By all means, avoid them at all costs. Doug, in the finance department, will change the deal you work out with the salesman, and sales manager. He will also have you sign off on things before they sign off on them. That way they can make whatever changes they want, to screw you even more. Pat, one of the owners, claims that he has worked with Doug for over 30 years, and of course, never heard any complaints about him. Yet, Doug doesn't even know how to handle simple transactions with finance companies. Pat is very good at lip service, and passing the buck, but not much else. Doug isn't good at anything. Tim, the sales manager, is very good at making you feel real comfortable, RIGHT BEFORE YOU GET BENT OVER, then afterward, he won't even kiss, you, after screwing you so badly. I really wish that I had read, and headed the reviews I saw her, before inking my deal. My only recourse now, is trying to keep others from falling into the same pit trap that I'm in. I purchased a 2019 travel trailer from the Owatonna dealership and brought it in for an inspection and they damaged the awning and the roof of my trailer. Probably when they pulled it into their garage. They then tried to say that I caused the damage and wanted my insurance to pay for it. When I refused they said they would not only honor the so called free lifetime warranty, but turned around and charged me $195 dollars for the inspection that they never preformed. Big scam on their lifetime warranty. Since I bought the trailer in in October the chances of them doing this on purpose is highly likely as to make money in the off season. I would not recommend Noble RV to my worst enemy because there is nothing Noble about Noble RV. read more

All I have to say is beware! They will seem like the nicest dealership around until you sign that paper. Then they couldn't care less about you. Their customer service is horrendous... even dealing with damage they caused! Found out right from Forest River that we had been lied to about order dates on parts, etc. No joke! We were told, "your dealership has been lying to you"! Bought a camper from these shady operators in 2011. Had problems with my new camper from day one. This lemon spent more time on the road to the shop than out looking for a place to camp. When I called to share my frustration with one of the owners, he offered to sell me a new unit "at cost" I thought, that's cool, maybe this outfit isn't so bad. When I got the paperwork showing what I had to pay to trade, I was more than shocked!! His offer for trade in was $15,000 lower than it's real value. He was going to make money on my trade, doing me no favors..... I recently bought a new 5th wheel from a great dealer in Wisc. They gave me $9,000 more for my trade 2 years later... This company will sell you a camper at a great price and an extended warranty telling you it's worry free for the duration of the extended warranty, ridiculous! I had a rattling furnace from the start which I brought in to have fixed with other small things.... The furnace still rattled. Other fixes were done. Brought it back for the same and asked ahead as we had a Fourth of July event we wanted it all set to go for... Night before we leave after a half day of work it's ready and we can pick it up after hours our keys will be left in it. We arrive it's locked, as I figure they know we have a second set so it's locked for security. We get home and go inside to find no keys and our furnace access panel on the floor with screws and no furnace. The set of keys they still had contained my trailer hitch padlock keys. Now I have a 32ft trailer locked to my truck and need to go home this evening and work a half day before our holiday. I call them bright and early only to be told we lost your keys. After many calls they send someone to cut our padlock off and what I thought was a pleasant surprise, the furnace installed too. Another issue my rear stabilizer jacks, which keep falling. They bust in transit as they lower themselves as I tow, never fixed so I utilize my extended warranty roadside assistance and they come on sight and fix, great to go... Not..... The first time I use my new furnace in October weather it blows the fuse only to spark as I insert new ones. And now it takes out my refrigerator and thermostat as well so I call them and they say I owe for the stablizer jacks which are way past due. I never received a bill. They decide after 6 months ok you don't owe us let's take care of your furnace and the issues occurring. Once completed I'm told I owe over $800. How? Because they installed and wired the furnace incorrectly? Argue all you want with them they will accuse the customer and Bill you no matter what if you want your RV back... I'm a business owner and would never treat or rob customers like this. Go ahead noble RV reply make up your lies! You steal from people and I hope Karma comes to bite you read more

I would NEVER buy a RV from Noble again. We purchased 2 RV's over a 4-5 year period. The last was a $50k RV. When we purchased the unit it was for our land in Wisconsin on a small lake. Noble had serviced our 1st RV purchased from them at our place in Wisconsin, so that was the main reason we purchased a brand new one from them. We had hail and rain damage on our new RV and I sent Pat the owner an email regarding his opinion on what the insurance adjuster said. He responded two weeks later (said he had been gone a lot going to weddings). No auto response from his email saying he would be out of the office. (Not hard to set up with today's technology). After he responded he said that he did not want to comment until one of his service people could take a look at it. So he gave me the name and email of his service Manager. I sent her an email and then she contacted me only to inform me that I was not in their service area. So after buying a $50k RV and being within their service area, they decided to shorten the area they serviced. I could not even get someone from the store to come out and give me an estimate which I said I would pay for. The service manager was just VERY snotty on the phone. Then she thought she was doing me a favor by pulling up Google and looking for a RV store close to my place in Wisconsin. So... sight unseen and no history with whom she was going to refer me to I stopped that conversation. REALLY... just pass me off to another dealer you don't know anything about? I would think twice before buying anything from them. An RV is an RV no matter who you buy it from. The difference is the company that provides you GOOD service which Noble does not. Ordered a new 2015 camper. Was delivered around March 9th. Needed some parts because they were broke or missing. It is now April 14th and still do not have our camper. It is still there. Our payment is do and sure would like to have what we are paying for. But we had to bring our trade in over and sign the paperwork. Very unhappy about this. This company will sell you a camper at a great price and an extended warranty telling you it is worry free for the duration of the extended warranty. I think not! We purchased a camper from there back in 2012 and after all of the issues with the furnace rattling (which was brand new) We are just now getting our camper back this past last weekend fixed. It is 2016, so it only took them 4 years to fix a furnace that was broken from the day we brought it brand new. This is all after multiple attempts to fix the problem. We brought it in to get fixed before the 4th of July weekend so it was ready to go. We dropped off our camper and put the keys in the drop box. We tell them to leave the keys in the camper after the issues are fixed since we have a second set so we can unlock it with those and take it home. They give us a call letting us know our camper is fixed. Excited as we were, we went to pick it up. Little did we know, we get there and to our surprise, we walk in and there is no furnace, the furnace panel is on the floor and wood chips all over the bed and floor because of another issue we had with our tv antenna. Before this situation occurred we assumed everything was good to go since they said it was so we had already put our camper on the hitch of our truck. WRONG! Evidently, we find out after our hour drive as we open the camper, that the keys are not there. There we sit with a 32 ft long camper pad locked to the truck right before the holiday. We called them bright and early in the morning only to be told they, lost our keys! After many calls they send someone to cut our padlock off and what I thought was a pleasant surprise, the furnace was finally installed too. Better late than never but everything gets worse. I never even received a bill for the stabilizers. They decide after 6 months we don't owe and want to take care of our furnace and the issues reoccurring. They said they wanted to make things right and fix it and get everything taken care of. Apparently that means paying $800 for all the problems we had with the camper that were there when we bought it. They never came to us with an estimate of the so-called repairs, they just told us that we owed that. They tell me on the phone that "apparently" there was a wire "cut" and tip-toed around the subject. Basically insinuating that we cut a wire ourselves? We finally go there to pick up our camper and the ones we had been in contact with through the entire situation were nowhere to be found, a passive aggressive "Hi" from their chairs and they closed their office doors to us. They wouldn't even come out and do a walk-through of the camper to make sure everything was fixed. We go to the service counter and get attention after one of the sales associates drags a girl from the back of the Service Office to help. During that time we make a payment we don't feel we should pay since it was a repair that should have been done 4 years ago but every time was done incorrectly. There was a girl there by the name of Trevor who gave us semi-decent service except it felt as if she dreaded her job of helping others. She got a phone call during our encounter and after the phone call spoke to us and another customer at the same counter of their conversation with the customer on the phone and laughed in front of all us as to why they called. I would call it tacky and highly unprofessional. Overall, I would say as someone who has been in the customer service industry for 10 years. I don't understand why a company would treat their customers so poorly. I do not believe a customer is "always right" but in every circumstance I believe they should always leave the place of business happy with the outcome with a smile on their face. I would never recommend this business. What started out was excitement of purchasing something new with hard earned money. What came of it was a huge disappointment and an unsatisfied consumer. They will lie through their teeth and fight you till the end. If you are thinking to buy something from this company, I would run the other direction. read more

this is the worst customer service ever. they did not fix anything that we brought to there attention. all they had was excuses. i had a bunk issue in august they would not come down, i had to call another camper place to come and fix it. he found the down limit switch was bad so he bypassed it so it would for the weekend, and told me to let noble know to order a limit switch harness. well i brought it to them and they said there is no limit switch on the down stroke. well i know there is a limit switch because the guy showed it to me. so apparently they have no idea how to fix campers. i still don't have it fixed. i would not buy from noble. buyer beware.... read more
