You should know that the trailer park is in a bad part of town, surrounded by empty lots, broken cars and homeless. Once you pay your $100 deposit, don't think you can change your dates. That deposit is lost and they'll refuse to apply it to any days you spend there. There are only about15-20 spots for transients. And you're under the airport flight path, so why bother?

The RV lots differ dependent on where you park but this is the cleanest resort we have ever been to. We went to the February concerts, they were amazing. The pool and hot tubs are very clean. Lots of friendly neighbors, both owners and renters, lots of dog walking. The weather was spectacular, it only rained 1 time in 2 months, lots of shopping close by, and many good restaurants to choose from. We only spent a week here, but we were ready to leave because we were so tired of the Canadians talking about our president, the tariffs and the dollar. It was nonstop and continuous, and most of the time unfriendly. They have created a divide between their American friends at the park to the point where several of the Americans are thinking about not coming back because they don't want to deal with this. The park is also offering a 20% discount for Canadians to come back. They are not offering that to the Americans... Seems a little unfair. I guess my suggestion for the Canadians is they don't have to come here. It's none of their business who the majority of this country voted for And it's not our fault their dollar is weak. Cindy and Don were just amazing! They gave us a ride on their golf cart to the lemon grove to watch the sunset..it was so beautiful. The pools look amazing but I had a fresh tattoo so I couldn't get in one...womp womp. The thing to do though is pickle ball! Lots of people playing pickle ball for sure! Pet friendly with a dog run. Rec room that is also their cafe! And the food was actually pretty decent and reasonably priced. I almost forgot to mention the grounds man who led us to our space on his bike! I was having dental surgery done in the border town of Los Algodones. I told Vick when he dropped me off for my appt. that I wasn't sure when I would be done, though I guessed around 5:30 or 6:00. I said I would call him when I was ready to go. I didn't get out til about 7:30 and it was getting dark. I called Vick and he said he was waiting at the Port of Entry! I was so grateful and relieved! He didn't even wait for my call. He just made a point of being there! All I can say is his service goes above and beyond any other service in the area, Believe me, I had the chance to find that truth out personally. Two cab companies I tried were very late after they had promised they were 10 minutes away! You can be sure Vick will be there when you expect him to be, in a clean car, with a capable reassuring demeanor. I am scheduled to come back to Yuma in late August. I have already booked Vick to pick me up.

The Driver was a very rude old lady, pick up is at 2 pm in terminal 3 door 5 and she was calling me…read moreat 1:11 demanding to be there sooner because she felt like the pick up should be earlier than 2, she was complaining all the way from Phoenix to Yuma that if we picked up the phone and answer her we could get to Yuma faster, she was the only one stressing about getting there fast, driving literally between 85 and 90 miles per hour, if a service is provided and says 2 then you have to do what your service offers. And if you are not willing to be nice with your customers then you should NOT be working here. This literally ruined my day. I was there way before the pick up time and she still had to argue with me like it was my fault that she was in a rush. Honestly I don't recommend this service , you lost a customer that goes from Phoenix to Yuma every week.

Incredibly nice and accommodating front desk staff on phone and in person. Tv wasn't working so called front desk and maintenance was at room within minute's and fixed it. Nice grounds and pool area. i noticed the rug was a little ragged at edge by bathroom. Sitting on the couch I realized it felt a little 'used'. The rest of the room was clean and showed pride of maid staff. HVAc was a little loud for my liking. We left for an evening event and left ac on 'sleep mode' and returned with a particular musty smell upon entering. The noisy HVAAC was too loud to make a restful sleep so I turned off while sleeping. Glad the fan was there as it kept us fairly comfortable with the night temperature around 70. Refrigerator kept turning on and off making noise throughout the night. Couldn't turn it off because son had insulin in there. The breakfast provided in the am was quite adequate. The usuals I personally liked like malt waffles, eggs, yogurt and sausages. They also had hard boiled eggs, pastries bread assortment cereal. The eating area was very clean and kept up nicely by the one person staff there. It would have been hard for me to stay more than one evening here as that's all we needed to stay for our event.
