Echoing many other great reviews here. Vu, Kee, Tristian and team are extremely professional, attentive and provides the utmost service. We were first greeted by Vu with a very friendly smile and demeanor. We came to get our 2015 fusion quoted for some light front end damage caused by someone who left their license plate and a piece of their bumper behind on the freeway. Vu did not hesitate to quickly get the car seen to at the rear side of the shop. Their body shop faces the Monument, but there is ample parking towards the rear of the building - take the next right after and it'll be 100 meters on the right. Vu quickly accessed the damage and provided the best possible solution that is comfortable with you. We originally went without insurance so Vu quoted parts and labor on our pocket. This seemed very reasonable and walking around the other vehicles, you'll quickly get a sense of their professional work and how clean the finish is. We accepted and got booked in a few weeks after. Vu clearly explained the process when we dropped the car off what was expected. While the car was getting worked on, we decided to try speak with the insurance company a few days in and see if it was possible to claim, as result, the insurance gave Vu and call to go ahead with a claim instead. We gave Vu a call later the day to reconfirm the status and he quickly let us know, this is not a problem and that his team will take care of the paperwork and additional parts that was needed. We were kept up to date with a status call and when we picked up the car, it looks like nothing ever happened. The team really does great work! We are so happy with the outcome that we have another car we want to take back and get all the pin dents, scratches, paint fade, etc fixed in the future. Literally made a yelp account to review this place. Positively blown away by my experience here. Scratched up my truck parking in an apartment complex, so was driving by and decided to drop in for an estimate. Before even offering one, they grabbed a buffer and some polish and got rid of most of the scratch free of charge. When I tried to tip them, they declined. Then they offered up the estimate (very reasonable), but recommended I try touch up paint first (which they don't sell). In all, they were more about helping somebody out than trying to make a quick buck, and if/when I do need auto body services in the future, this will be the first place I call. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! I got a huge deep scratch from a tree branch that ran the length of a very expensive Airstream that wasn't mine. I went to Kee's and at first Kee wasn't too sure he couldn't totally make it disappear. I was very worried. I left it there and two days later I was still nervous to call and ask for an update! Just about 2 hours ago I was at Kee's Auto Body with my left wheel well lining missing (it fell off) and was irreplaceable due to damage. They would have to order the part and call me to arrange a time for the installation. They just called me 15 minutes ago! Talk about First Class Service! This was my first time using an Auto Body shop and if I ever need a car fixed again I will immediately go back to Kee's. My Infiniti got backed into and in addition to the dent, my door couldn't completely close. I went to 3 auto body shops and Kee's was the only one that gave me a best and a worst case estimate and the estimates were very detailed. The other 2 just gave me a worst case with very little detail. They were very patient and informative while I was going through the estimate process as well. Because of all this, I chose Kee's The repair did fall under the worst case scenario (which was in line with the other estimates) but there were no unexpected costs above that. Also, Kee's fixed another minor thing for me, that wasn't part of the estimate, without adding any additional cost. The repair came out perfect. With Kee's I received great service and the work was perfect which is why I will always go back. read more

Kee's Auto Body is hands-down the best body shop in the Concord area. After a minor collision, my rear bumper needed to be replaced. I got a bit of a run-around from Geico and ended up getting quotes from multiple other body shops in Concord. A lot of the other places wanted to only repair the bumper, which would not have resulted in the new condition it was in prior to the accident. Kee's estimate included full replacement and they worked with Geico so that I only paid my deductible. They got my vehicle in quickly, kept me updated on status of the work, delivered my vehicle on time, and washed/waxed the exterior and detailed the interior! The repair is immaculate and I couldn't be happier. Upon driving my vehicle after the repair I noticed some of the sensors weren't working properly. They immediately made time to review the issue and fixed it within minutes. Everyone there is kind, professional, and prompt. Kee's is awesome. The sun visor of my wife's older model Porsche broke and I needed a replacement. First they tried to find something used but weren't able to but I appreciated the effort. Then they went to the dealer and ordered the part for $250, which was fine so I figure I get out of there for $500 total and I'm good. I go to pick up my car and the charge me $39 for labor! I had to bring in my Rav4 for a door shell replacement and paint match. I was under the impression that since KEES was one of the cheaper options, the paint probably would not be a perfect match with the rest of my car. I am so happy to say I was wrong! I haven't dealt with a friendlier or more assertive body shop in my life. Vu (sp) and Kee are both very friendly and welcoming. Vu went above and beyond what could be expected by turning my car around in 2 days (for a repair that he originally expected to wait up to a month for parts). He even arranged for Hertz to pick me up at his shop, and offered to come in on a day when the shop was closed in order for me to pick up my car so I would have it for an out of town trip. I wish other companies I deal with regularly took a page from Kee's Auto Body's playbook on customer service. I would definitely do business with them again, and will tell all my friends. read more

Vu is absolutely amazing! I had previously went to 3 different shops and got quotes for the repair I needed done on my car. First shop tried to charge me $1900.00, second shop said $1175.00, third shop told me $900.00. (Which I almost went with) but then I went to Kee's and Vu estimated the work at $761.23 and handled my rental arrangements and enterprise gave me the rental at the shops rate which was $35.00 a day. I felt that Vu was really trying to keep my cost to a minimum and didn't over charge me! If you need any type of detail or repairs definitely come here! I'm not surprised to see a 5/5 star rating here.. The shop up the street quoted $1,700, for a fender replacement + paint. Told me he'd throw in these little baby dents on my hood to help me out, that when my lease was up the dealership would fine me.. Kees, starts by telling me the baby dents will be ignored by the dealership, their quarter size, can knock em out with a hammer.. Then Kee's quotes me nearly 50% less than the other guy at $950... I cannot detect in the slightest, that the fender is new and freshly painted, they did an awesome job. (2017 civic, rest of body is still fresh af tho but still flawless job) Thank you everyone and Kees for being honest read more

I have been bringing all of my cars to Kee's for the last 10 years and hate writing a negative review about this place but recent work they did was so bad that I feel this is justified. This place has really gone downhill, I think they got too big and too busy and the quality has just gone out the window. I brought my Cayenne Turbo in with a front bumper damage and to fix the poor quality paint job they did earlier on my side skirts. Should have gotten the hint then as Woo did not look too happy about taking my car in. Bumper was difficult to find, finally I found one and shipped it to Kee's. 1 week after it got delivered I called checking if the car was done and was told they never received the bumper I sent, I said that according to tracking it was there, finally they found it! So this was a 7 day delay in fixing the car and would have been longer if I did not call. Fine, things happen, 1 week later I came to pick up my car, before paying I took a look at it... I was blown away by how bad the paint looked, I mean it was horrible, the side skirts that were suppose to be fixed were redone but one still had defects. Front bumper was a mess, we are talking quality was worse than Maaco, orange peel like crazy, paint runs....yes paint runs like someone painted with a spray can was everywhere, dust in the clear coat! Did someone check the car before releasing it to the customer? I pointed all the defects out to Kee and he said they have to redo it, however I could not afford to keep the car there for another 2 weeks and I was so upset with quality that I was not willing to leave it there any longer. I did get a discount on labor but I just paid more than that to the detailer that worked on my car for 2 days trying to fix the issues, it is better but still not great. Detailer was amazed that a professional shop would actually release a car to the customer in this condition! read more

This was a great body shop to take my car into. I was low balled by the insurances initial estimate and after taking it into Kees ilthe estimate was pushed high enough to total loss. I still got it fixed at a discount rate by Kees and my car just about good as new. I also got to keep a good chunk of total loss settlement money. My daughter managed to partially tear the bumper off two of our cars within the past three months. The first time I took it to Mike's Auto Body on North Main in Walnut Creek and they said the entire bumper needed to be replaced and repainted costing me $1200. I was skeptical that this needed to be done but the car was not safe to drive around to other shops for a second opinion, so I was stuck and had to trust Mike's. Two months later my daughter did almost the exact same thing to another one of our cars. This time I took it to Kee's. Vu looked at the damage and gave me two options either replace the bumper or he could fix the current bumper for $150. I went with the $150 option of course. Then when I went to pick the car up, Vu shows me the work Kee's had done, which looks as good as new and says there is no charge......no charge!! Now I know why this shop has such good reviews! This is a great body shop. Mr. Kee and Vu are just awesome to work with. These guys are very hardworking, honest and professional. They gave me regular progress reports as they completely transformed my car. I have an older muscle car that needed lots of various body work and a full paint job. The results far exceeded my expectations. The price they charged me was very fair. I sometimes get compliments on my car's new paint at gas stations and parking lots in the Concord area.
