DentPro got me through my first crash in 60 years, a traumatic experience. (At age 15 I had backed my mother's Chrysler into a fire hydrant, also traumatic.) In May of this year (2025) my Miata's high cowl hid from view an unmarked concrete median on Claremont in Oakland and the result was acute damage to the front bumper and everything underneath, including the car's alloy suspension. I was concerned that my sports car's ultra-sensitive platform, where the tiniest deficiency in wheel balance or alignment causes vibration or pulling to one side, would be forever lost to me, especially as Geico intended to use parts from crashed cars and non-OEM manufacturers. We were recommended this family run business by our mechanic ( another family run business Moraga motors). Someone ran a stop sign into our car and dented both doors and the pillar. Dent pro worked with us and the third party insurance to get it fixed which was a tall order as third party had low liability cap. They kept us informed and did it as fast as they could (it rained for days and rain doesn't help paint dry). Edit- Anna called me immediately after leaving my 3 star review. She apologized for not following up after I left and offered to pay me back for the mobile repair. Updated my review reflect that they made it right in the end! Overall they did a decent job. But they lacked communication between staff and management. When I picked up my car after being repaired, there was still an obvious dent. Quote/invoice didn't include that, so staff did what they were told, office staff didn't write up the repair correctly. Dropping off a car with 100% damage by someone else, and picking up a car with 25% damage still left, was pretty disappointing. They sent out their mobile repair man to finish the job, but had to pay him out of pocket to finish their work. So getting hit in a parking lot cost me $125 because office staff didn't look at the car before they called telling me it was done. Hopefully they can smooth out these details in their new, bigger space. Will be using Dent Pro Mobile in the future. read more
