A deer ran in front of me on the highway at night. I swerved to the left, missed him but hit his buddy, kind of traumatic and the front bumper was all cracked. But I went to Conseco, got a good estimate for insurance, scheduled for 2 days later, brought it in in the morning and they had a new front number, painted and on, plus the repaired the rear bumper where someone had backed into me in the Costco parking lot. What a great place!! Outstanding. I called four shops about helping to get our van doors open on a wheelchair van, which suddenly became stuck making the van unusable. Canseco told me to come on in. They were busy but a tech came out also the nice young receptionist and both helped, and in minutes, had the doors open and gave me a way to ensure they open again and again. Not everyone would do this. I give them 100% Ten Stars for the quality of service, decency, honesty, kindness, efficiency, and Reasonable rate. This review is overdue - I don't usually write reviews but my experience at Canseco Auto Body was so far above expectations that I just have to in this case. I ripped the shark fin off my new Cadillac Lyriq in the first couple of months of ownership and did some damage to the roof as well. Devastating, and even the dealership wasn't quite sure what to do (it's a new model for them). But the Canseco team figured out the part I needed, worked with Cadillac to get it, communicated well, and the work was performed quickly and flawlessly. Pricing was very fair. Can't possibly thank them enough and they will be the first people I call if there's an issue in the future. read more

I made the mistake of backing into my son's car and I took his Jeep over for a same day estimate. The bid was great and the gentleman who helped me was very pleasant and confident he could return my son's car to as good as new. I dropped off the car on a Monday and it was finished by Wednesday morning and I was super pleased with the quality of the work. When I dropped off the car I asked if they could polish the whole car if I paid in cash and did just that. Can't even tell where the damage was and the blending of the paint was perfect. A little tricky to find his shop.. the last lot to turn right into off Cloverdale is where u will find his spot the address does not specify this on the signs off Cloverdale .. door and window is not labeled .. so make sure u ask him which garage he's in. FYI if u r looking for great customer service.. I mean he was fine for my taste ..white glove treatment?.. a luxury garage?.. this is not .. but if u just care about getting the job done without any extra perks this is it!! Bertin was very courteous, and fast! I had my bumpers both swapped after a rear ender, and vandalism on my left rear fender where my paint was sanded off by an incompetent mobile dent company, and spray painted white. I got quotes for all these repairs from multiple shops and quotes were all over the place. Conseco's estimate was right in the middle, which was perfect! They also waxed and polished my whole car and it looks great! I just have to go back to have him replace my headlights so the bumper can have a tighter fit. He made me existing ones work, but my meticulous eye is unforgiving. He was very fast, and trust worthy. I will refer Canseco's to my friends! read more

I can't say enough how impressed I am with this body shop. 11 days after we drove home our Mercedes-Benz a rock hit the hood and caused a chip deep enough to explode the primer coat. I added touch-up paint and even though it covered it there was still a gap in the paint. The color we have is a difficult color to obtain. Nearly 19 months later I finally decided to have the hood repainted. I was expecting an extremely high estimate and look at a few reviews. I decided on Canseco because 1) they are a family-oriented & family run business, 2) they welcome walk-ins for estimates, 3) they are EXTREMELY friendly and honest, 4) they were able to resurface & repaint the entire hood, 5) they are open to any questions regarding the process, 6) the price was truly incredible, and 7) I made the appointment and they scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle in the following morning with a promise of it being ready before 5 p.m. Sure enough they kept their promise and I couldn't believe they were able to schedule an appointment, have the work completed, and do such an amazing job matching the paint to the VIN.
