The Professionalism and friendly, attentiveness starts from the moment you walk in the door. I've never had to wait long for an estimate. Unfortunately I had auto damage with my Honda Civic Si on two different occurrences this last year. I was so impressed with the quality of work, competitive pricing and turn around time Kee's delivered. It wasn't a question that I would bring it back on the second occurrence. In the two visits estimates were significantly lower than the auto body shop my insurance recommended. As well as shorter duration of time for completion of work. When I dropped my car off the second time, I explained to Vu that I needed a ride to Bart to catch a plane. Instead of having me wait for the shuttle, he personally drove me. They called me and with my permission, were able to reduce the price by fixing one of the original parts instead of ordering new. Vu, Brian, Jose and the owner Kee are all good people. I damaged the right rear end of my car when my vertigo attacked. I was so sad and upset. Me and my husband went to different auto body shops to get a repair estimate. Almost all gave us about a $1,000 to $1,800 quote. I went last to this shop which I just found online. This is the ONLY shop who took the time to clean first the paint scratches from my car then asked me "would you be bothered by your car's damaged appearance now"? I said NO, then Brian and Jose suggested that I do not need it repaired for that too much of money. They told me to go to the dealership and get a touch-up paint and if I do not know how to apply it, come back to their shop and they will do it for me. I came back with the touch-up paint and this time Vu and Jose took care of my car. Jose polished it more and showed me how to use the touch-up paint. Jose spent time to re-polish my car's damage and they did not ask me for even a penny and Kee all along knew about it. While waiting at their reception area, another customer came in. Vu checked the damaged car and I heard the same thing from him: "The damage is cosmetics and it would not affect the performance of the car, if you are not bothered by it, do not spend money to have it repaired" The bottom line of how I feel about these people is THEY ARE NOT AFTER THE MONEY RIGHT AWAY!!! Yes, their business need to survive but their good will and good hearts speak for themselves.....good karma is always for good-hearted people. My experience with Kee's Auto Body has been so wonderful that I am actually writing my first and probably only review of any business. Vu was completely professional from start to finish. After being involved in a rather large accident involving the entire rear of my new CRV, I brought the car in under the recommendation of my insurance company. This was actually my second visit (my first involved the car of another family member), and I was every bit as impressed the first time as the second. It seemed that within an hour, my car was in the shop and I was provided with a rental. Vu assured me that the car would be as good as new. He updated me continually throughout the process so that I knew exactly what was going on the entire time. When I received my car this morning, it looked as if it was brand spanking new. There is not a shred of evidence that the rear had been damaged. All parts were completely replaced. I honestly don't think it has ever looked this good! Absolutely first class professionalism, customer service and most importantly of all: workmanship. My vehicle was badly damaged after being hit by a large truck. From the estimate to the finished product the attention to detail was impressive. The paintwork is indistinguishable from the factory, and all of the new panels fit with uniform gaps identical to the day it left the showroom. They also dealt with an aggressive insurance adjuster so I didn't have to. The work was completed on time and there were no surprises. We went to Koi's restaurant in Dublin ca and my car was scraped but no one left a note. I went to KEE's and Vu the rep removed the damage with some kind of paint thinner and buffed the area for me. Also told me where to get a paint pen to cover one spot. He turned down a gratuity and was friendly, professional and kind throughout. I can agree with every other review here, this shop really is amazing! My car sustained substantial damage to both the front and the rear and if the car got totaled out I would of been upside down on the loan. As a single mom, that just couldn't happen and I was a nervous wreck. Vu was extremely helpful, professional, and worked with me to do everything he could so we stayed below the totaled threshold. I called Kee's Auto Body in desperation after an accident mangled the front wheel and suspension of my 2000 CRV and the first mechanic to look at it told me that it was a total-loss. Vu spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping to diagnose whether or not my car could be fixed at a reasonable cost. He recommended that I take the car to a suspension specialist (Concord Tire Center). Long story short, the car was fixed. I brought my Subaru Impreza to Kee's Auto Body for repairs and hoped to get an estimate that would make it possible for me to pay without going through my insurance company. Ky wasted no time in consulting with me about the work I wanted and what he recommended. In a short time I was presented with a very fair estimate, which I accepted. When I asked for a recommendation of an economical rental car, arrangements were made for one and I was soon on my way home with the news that work on the car would begin in two days and I could expect it to be ready eight days later. At the end of the fourth day, I got a call that my Impreza was ready to go. When I picked it up, I felt like I had a "new" car: two new door frames, new bumper, a loose fender tightened, and light repaired, a mirror holder painted, and other spots refreshed with paint. Some of this work was not included at no additional cost. In only one week my car and I were united. This was especially impressive because in relation to a previously submitted estimate from a different auto body shop, work was begun promptly, finished in half the time, and cost about half the price. I don't believe in reviews because a lot of those are not true.But i was amazingly overwhelmed with my experience to KEES AUTO BODY.Someone side swiped(not sure if that's the right word)my 2013 Accord that left visible scratches.I went to 10 auto body shop/repair around concord/walnut creek.some quoted me $2600,$1500,$1000.!While driving around i saw the KEES AUTO BODY.i pulled over and get an estimate for the last time.I went to the office and i met VU (i think he's the manager ).He's the most honest person i've ever met with regards of getting an estimate.I showed him the car scratches and he estimated for $0.He says,just buff the scratches!After buffing for like maybe 5 to 10 minutes--i don't see any scratches anymore.I'm willing to pay for what he did but he didn't accept anything.he's a god sent and saved me thousands of dollars.I highly recommend this body shop.Fair and straight no monkey business involved.Definitely i will come back here for future repair. I found Kee's to be NOT AS ADVERTISED! While they talk, and show, a great game about doing any custom or detailed work you want or need, my experience was wholly different. I am rebuilding a 1965 Chevy pickup, have some very minor rust spots that I wasn't seeking cheap work, but went to the place with BEST ratings to get an estimate. Kee's promptly informed me that they don't do that. They only accept collision damage backed by insurance companies. "So, yoou won't do custom work? This stuff I see you advertising is all bogus?" "NO! I don't want to give you that impression." "Okay, please step outside and give me an estimate." NO! we don't have time for that, we only do collision work backed by insurance companies" (so that we can bill the maximum with minimal work. If you had a crash and want to walk blindly into a place that will assembly-line your work, this is your place! If you want the jobs custom jobs, jobs they actually advertise and showcase on their wall, look someplace else!! read more

Stumbled upon Kee's Auto Body through yelp and the yelpers have it right! From the first contact by phone to them closing my car door after completion, they were great. It seems to be getting harder to find a business that a) provides quality work b) is reasonably priced and c) has a five star level of professionalism, kindness, and sincerity. Our daughter was sandwiched in her Volvo S40, hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of her. The trunk, back bumper and muffler were damaged, as well as the front bumper, grill, hood and one quarter panel and headlight. The insurance company deemed it totaled, and gave us a payout, which we used to buy her another car. But, I really liked the Volvo, it was in great shape inside and out (before the crash), great engine, a rare low mileage, AWD 6 speed T5, and I didn't want to give it up, so I bought it back from the insurance company. I took it to Kees and explained that I was getting it fixed on my own dime, and needed to keep the cost reasonable. Mr. Kee was helpful and thorough, and gave me a quote over $1000 less than the insurance quote, so I accepted and left it with them. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, my little car looks great and drives like a dream. They matched the paint perfectly, I can't tell is isn't original! When I picked it up, there was a plastic shield missing in one of the wheel wells, and they told me they were still looking for that part and would call me when it came. After two weeks, I thought I should call to check, but before I did, they called me and then put it in without charging me extra, even though it hadn't been in the original quote. I'll definitely go back to Kees if I need auto body repair again. read more
