If you like black mold and broken appliances, then Kees Vacation Rentals is the rental agency for you. My family and I rented Stowe Quarters at Stowe on 12 and it was in an absolutely disgusting state with black mold on the ceiling and air vents (see pictures). We notified Kees of this issue and were only repeatedly told that a "work order has been submitted." No one ever came by to deal with this serious safety hazard and they didn't offer any other reasonable solution such as moving us to a different, clean rental. Additionally, the washing machine was broken during our entire stay. We notified them of this issue as well, but no one ever came by to repair the washing machine. We were in the Outer Banks, going to the beach every day, so we had several towels and swimsuits that were covered in sand and sea salt which we were unable to wash. We requested a partial refund, as we were promised a working washing machine, and never informed of the mold, but Kees immediately denied the request. This place managed by Kees Vacations was the filthiest place I've ever stayed. I began calling them at check in and complained about carpet, sandy gritty floors which made your feet black, black mold on the ceiling upstairs bathroom and loft area, huge ant issue that took them forever to come, multiple lightbulbs and garage lights out, TV remotes with dead batteries or no batteries, rusty knives & dull, refrigerator dirty, no oven mitts, couches so dirty had to use sheets, ceiling fans caked with dust, one trash bag for kitchen...... Kees Vacations sent someone to clean late afternoon on Saturday as we were coming back from the pool to clean up to head out for dinner. Of course I turned them away!! Thsee issues should've been dealt with before we walked through the door. House needs a huge DEEP CLEAN and lots of paint inside and out as well as carpets to be cleaned of stains..... and furniture cleaned. Wrote a review on my stay which I booked through Airbnb and Kees vacations wrote back to my review stating that I verbally abused them which was a HUGE LIE! Very frustrating (and angering) experience with this company. I booked one of their rentals on AirBNB. I receive a call the next day saying that the house is actually not available and that they would like to put me in a house with one less bedroom. I said no since I needed the 5th bedroom. They are now refusing to refund me for the house I paid in full for. They keep telling me to talk to AirBNB support even though its the hosts responsibility to cancel the reservation and process the refund. I am very angry and will be looking at legal options if they don't refund my money. read more

Been coming to OBX for 30 years with my family. After our experience, would never rent from Kees again. Wish I would've seen these reviews before we paid to rent from this company. The home we rented was extremely dirty--mold in shower and kitchen, dirt rings in toilets, crumbs all over floor, stains and rips in furniture, grease and dirt in kitchen cabinets--just name a few things. The bottoms of our feet were black just from walking around the home. In addition to lack of cleanliness, the house also didn't provide multiple amenities that were listed in their website. For example, there was not a blu ray player in the media room, but Kees informed us this was "the owners choice". There was also not a handle on the front door, which they also blamed on the owner. Throughout our stay, there were numerous things we encountered that just didn't work or wasn't even there. We often just had to fix things ourselves we wanted to use. None of the maintenance concerns we contacted Kees about during our stay were ever addressed, such as the non-working fire pit. They did come to do things like take a window A/C unit out of one of the rooms. We have since tried to work with Kees to address these concerns and have been met with resistance and overall apathy toward the situation. The home is very expensive to rent, but certainly isn't worth it if it's going to be extremely dirty and not provide all the amenities listed. Further, you'll have to work with a company that doesn't address your maintenance issues while there. Have stayed in similar homes in OBX with other rental companies that were clean, well maintained, and with good service--all for less money than this home. The property management team KEES AND PATRICE were an absolute night mare to deal with. They were unprofessional and rude. When we arrived the house did not have any hot water and we were unable to cook. When we finally got in touch with Patrice the next day she was rude and acted as if it was not her problem. I had to follow up 3 times throughout the day to confirm someone was actually coming out to replace the gas so we could have hot showers and cook food. Once the gas was finally replaced, we still did not have hot water or able to cook. I once again had to call Patrice to send someone else out to restart the system..... why this was not automatically done after the service requested I have no idea.... On top of that nightmare, the upkeep of the house was AWFUL and ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Would not recommend this house to anyone for the money that was spent. Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid Kees at all costs. The rental listing promised high-speed wifi. Instead, there's no internet whatsoever, and no one in our party gets cell phone service at the property. We've been trying to contact Kees for days to get them to fix the wifi, but they're dodging our calls. When someone does pick up, they end the call as soon as possible without addressing the problem. Our stay at the property is now half over, and the wifi still hasn't been fixed. Members of our party have had to travel to find coffee shops with wifi in order to do work, school, or even just to call their dads for Father's Day. Other members of our party have had to take unpaid time off of work because they are unable to get anything done without internet. Kees's refusal to provide and repair the amenities promised is a violation of their own rental agreement. We are seeking a partial refund for this breach of contract. read more

Sheets not washed, trash all over pool, gashes in all screens, broken dishes in cabinets, coffee maker didn't work, greasy handprints on large windows. But, railing on third floor extremely loose. This review is mostly about Kees Vacation Rentals. The rental itself was really nice but the new owner needs to find a new rental outfit! We stayed at Beacon Quarters Breezy Bungalow Tuesday July 11, 2023 - Saturday July 15, 2023. We Contacted Kees vacation who we booked through on Monday July 10, as this was a spontaneous vacation. Their response time was nonexistent for the booking, never received a confirmation email or text until early Tuesday morning right before we had to leave for our 8 hour drive. They did charge our card upon booking so we figured out we had the reservation by that and by re-entering the dates for the rental which then was stated as unavailable. I reached out to them with 2 phone messages and 2 emails and it took them that long to respond. Our main issue was that the Wi-Fi and cable boxes were replaced while we were NOT present and without any notification. The service installers were in all 3 rooms with the TV's and our personal belongings were out in the open. Furthermore, the cable and wifi passwords were never reset so the cable and wifi did not work from the installation on Wed through our departure on Saturday. We contacted Kees and it took then another day to "put in a service ticket". Finally on Friday we received a text with an apology and they would "put in a ticket for a request for a partial refund". Well, it's Sunday and we have not heard back. The condo itself is newer and cute, roomy for 2 couples and fairly clean except for the clogged drain in master bath, soap scum on the shower doors and orange mold around the shower tile. The unit only has 1 spot for parking not 2. The other spot is for the owner of the unit behind ours. There are visitor spots by the pool if you have an extra vehicle. The spot/unit is next to a dumpster that stunk by Thursday but was emptied on Friday by the trash service. We have a medium/large SUV and its tight backing out. The walls in living room by TV could use a fresh coat of paint as well as the bedrooms, it's pretty dirty and scuffed up. Bring extra paper towels and TP. Their stuff is dollar store crap. The dish soap was cheap watery liquid. The towels were thin and scratchy. Bring beach chairs and umbrellas, there was only 1 small chair. Beacon Quarters is close to many amenities and the beach is 5 min walk. read more

My husband and I attended a wedding and the wedding party stayed at "Sweet Carolina". Although the house has so much potential, it was completely disgusting. Once there we notice blood all over the porch.... We found the groom and he told us all the problems they were having (TVs not working, not clean, arcade not working, fire pit wasn't for guest) the list goes on. Mind you, it was Friday and they have been trying to get someone there since Wednesday. My husband and I go up to our rooms where we were greeted with a bloody sheets, stains on the floor, a cockroach, hair all over the bathroom and our sink never drained the entire weekend. We showed up to a newly built vacation rental in the community of Soundfront at Corolla Bay where the grass had not been cut and was about 4ft tall, therefore we were unable to let our dog out in the fenced in yard at this pet friendly rental due to that. Second we walked in the home and it was full of bugs, mosquitoes and spiders/webs in many areas of the house,I spent the first evening vacuuming all baseboards and floors to get all the bugs up so I would feel somewhat comfortable in the home. Also trash in the outside bins that had gone rancid. It was obvious nobody had been at the home to inspect it before we arrived. We notified Kees the next morning when they opened at 9:00 of the condition of the home and yard and they offered nothing other than the grass was scheduled to be cut on Monday, the day we were due to check out. Kees also gave us the wrong gate code for the gated day dock so we were unable to access it either. Out of the whole soundfront community this rental and the rental next door a Vaccasa property where the only homes that had not been up kept and it showed. Needless to say we left the home 24 hrs after we arrived and roughly $1800 down the drain and called this Mother's Day vacation a wash. Will never rent through Kees again. read more

Wow, we've been staying with Kees for about 5 years and our last stay at "Shell Yeah" in OBX NC was the worst rental experience ever. Unfortunately, all the poor ratings and reviews are accurate. The worst thing is, management doesn't care and are totally unresponsive to complaints. TVs don't work, internet only works intermittently, nobody would cook on the grill at our rental, took two days to get dishwasher detergent, the hot tub was full of sand...I could go on, but all these issues went unanswered. Tried to talk to the Manager "John", but was told that he's not available and would not return request for call back. Look, DON'T USE KEES. We put a large deposit down on a house they were advertising. When we looked deeper into the house we discovered it had a cock roach problem for the last year. We asked Kees to provide us with proof that this issue was resolved even thou we still had 9 months to go to check into the house. Too many reviews over the last summer and fall mentioned the bug issue so it was a simple request. They would not do this so we asked for a refund of our deposit and to cancel, they canceled the reservation but never returned our deposit. Very poor customer service when we called. read more

We stayed at one of the Kees Vacation Rentals in Outer Banks NC area in December 2022, the vacation house itself was really nice, however, this review is not about the house, it's about Kees mismanaged such beautiful house: Place was dirty: - All the nonstick pans (there were many) were severely scratched and unusable. - All the metal cookie sheets were rusted. There was no aluminum foil to use as covers. - Table and chairs in the enclosed patio were dirty, there were a used Q-tip and empty contact lense container on the floor. - Leftover trash in the back of one of the lower kitchen closets. - The inside of the washer was covered with sand, human and pet hair - Pool was advertised on website but it was dirty, with leaves and debris. Not enough essential supplies: We (8 adults) stayed there for 6 nights, even though the house can accommodate 10 to 12 comfortably, Kees only provided: - One 3oz bottle of dish washing liquid. - One new dishwasher pod and one half used inside the dishwasher. - One 3"x3" used thinly trimmed dish washing scouring pad - Three keurig type of coffee pods with 3 small bags of cream (like the ones in motel) - One new wrapped roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. - One new thin roll of kitchen paper towel - Two trash bags. We asked for more of some of the above items for obvious reasons (8 people for 6 nights) and were told those were the only supplies we could get, they called it "starter kit". Lack of essential supplies and non-functional/inadequate items: - There was no hand soap in the kitchen. - No laundry detergent. - All of the knives were dull. - None of the 5 bathrooms had shampoo or shower gel or hand liquid soap coming out of the dispensers. They sent someone to stop by on day 2 after we contacted them, the person (she was very nice) brought a big gallon of "liquid" that she said was shampoo/shower gel, and poured into coffee cup, and an small empty water bottle we had for us to share among 5 bathrooms. She then checked all the dispensers and told us that the dispensers were actually full but the pumps didn't work. After she left we used a long stick to try to "clear" out the pumps, voila! the liquid started dripping down but it would not stop, we had to use coffee cups to catch the liquid so it wouldn't go wasted! - They indicated that kitchen was "fully stocked" but there were no basic items such as sugar, oil, aluminum foil, saran wrap etc. - Plenty of plates but only 4 bowls - Jacuzzi was advertised on website but they said "it was broken" when we called ahead. - We ended up using our own grocery bags for trash once we used up the 2 trash bags. - There were no recycling bins so we ended up taking the recycling stuff with us to recycle. Odd management practices: - They put vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan in the bedroom closets in each level. One closet even had a broken window mini-blinds. They should have stored these in their many locked closets throughout the house, labeled in bold "OWNER'S CLOSET, CONTAINS NOTHING OF VALUE, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN" - They did not consider that supplies should depend on how many people staying for how many nights, and not a one-size-fits-all "starter kit" as per their "policy". - None of the toilet paper was placed in the holder. - Usually many short term rentals have leftover items from previous guests, like tea, coffee, spices, creamer, sometimes even milk or juice in the fridge but Kees rentals did not have any, not even half roll of toilet paper or paper towel. What do they do with the leftovers? Do they keep them for personal use? Do they toss them? - Each bed had a set of towels wrapped in plastic. Unnecessary practice and bad for environment. - We bought all the supplies that house didn't provide, had a great time with the family there, but it was certainly very frustrating to see a beautiful house with such a bad property management company. We still considered ourselves pretty lucky comparing with other yelpers' reviews, that most of our issues had to do with supplies, and we could resolve them easily. I rented a room at the Sea Gull Motel in Hatteras, NC for a 2 night stay. I called to report the room had not been serviced for clean towels and trash pickup. Never heard back. Called the next day and was told everyone was in a meeting and they would definitely call me back. Nobody did! Called this morning to complain about the service and was told that my information was NOWHERE in the record from the 2 previous calls!!! We just checked into the Sweet Carolina home yesterday for what should have been our dream vacation week leading up to our wedding day. What a nightmare! Kees is a joke! The house was disgusting when we checked in, trash covering the backyard, dishwashers are full of dishes, numerous appliances not working, no propane gas for stoves or hot water. Hardwood floors are so sticky it is difficult to walk! We will be telling all our friend never to rent from Kees in the OBX. Only good experience I had was with Raven, she came out at 9 pm on check in night to bring us clean sheets and pillow cases as it was very clear that the sheets in both bedrooms had not been changed. House needs updated, carpet in the bathroom, stains all over the house, WiFi stopped working and hardly any cell service, trash was never taken from outside bins from previous tenants so the outside of the house smells terrible. Broken blinds, sheets were still left on pull out couch as well and were dirty. Ac units and ceiling fans make very obnoxious noises. Customer service is poor. Takes forever to hear back from anyone. My experience: Well, we were due to check in at 4 pm at Oceanside Court. The Pursers Cottage. It's a kind of late check-in, but okay, we went with it anyway. At 4:01 p.m., I received a text stating that our cottage was not ready and would not be ready until 5 pm. I also received a voice-mail time stamped at 3:57 pm stating the same and that tardiness was due to accidents and traffic. Complete fabrication. Traffic was busy, but several ways to get to cottage and traffic, nor an accident, should not have held them up. As I listened and read the text sitting in front of the cottage, we could tell someone was there. So we decided to give the benefit of the doubt and went grocery shopping. We arrive back at the cottage around 5:20ish. Complete disappointment. The cottage was not clean. Refrigerator, microwave, and floors not cleaned. Dont get me started on the bathroom. Beds were just frames, and one looked like a foldaway bed. When you walked into the screened in porch, there was so much sand from the dune literally being on the cottage. It was unusable. The area where you could grill you could not even use. We left and came back home. Our vacation was ruined. $300 worth of food I had to leave the car running to keep from spoiling. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to was unable to help me, nor could she tell me when a manager could contact me because she didn't know their schedule. I asked for a complete refund and have to wait until what would have been my checkout date for it to be sent to review. My credit card company is involved now. read more

My family and friends (two of the families are from England) booked a wonderful beach house 13 months before our 2023 vacation. Three months later that house was taken off contract. The owners broke their contract with Kees (which I can understand why after having to deal with Kees). Kees was terrible to work with under these circumstances. The first insult was offering a house that was not comparable in amenities or location. It was dated and far from the beach. They drew out this negotiation for six weeks tossing us from person to person without offering anything for our trouble. We found a comparable house on their website for $2000 more, and they wouldn't even meet us halfway. This angst affected six families who have vacationed at OBX regularly in the past and potentially for years in the future. The younger three couples are in their twenties. For one of the young men, this will be his first trip to the U.S. What a lasting impression! We are getting a full refund, however, after prices have continued to rise and homes are already booked out situation is finding a beach house is much different than it was four months ago. Frustrating, disappointing, and aggravating. Will not use Kees again. And they really don't seem to care! read more

We rented a house with Kees for Spring Break. It was dirty when we arrived, paid for the pool to be heated and it hadn't been serviced, projector didn't work, there was no internet because someone had ripped it out of the wall ahead of us arriving, TVs weren't working, doors were falling off, furniture was dirty - I could go on and on. We called Kees 4 times and emailed them multiple times to service the pool and address the internet. They did not respond and basically said "tough" - They finally sent someone to service the pool 4 days later (which I think might have been normal service) so we enjoyed it for 2 days of our 6 day vacation. Kees Vacations is a terrible and neglectful vacation rental company. They are slumlords. I stayed at Stowe Quarters at Stowe on 12 with my family (rented through AirBnB), and the first issue was that the washing machine was broken on arrival. They promised to fix it, and we asked them every day for updates, but they never sent anyone out to look at it, and never gave us quarters for a laundromat or a place to wash our clothes. The washer stayed broken for our entire visit. The only time we saw someone was on the 4th night when they brought more towels. Later, we realized there was black mold on the ceiling, light fixtures, and on almost every single air vent (see pictures!). We let them know immediately but all they ever told us was that a "work order was put in". We politely reminded them every day about the issues. I am shocked that they allowed us to move into a rental property with that much mold and a broken washer. The real slap in the face is that they never offered any solutions, such as moving us to a clean, unmoldy rental (considering black mold is a serious health hazard, and 2 of my family members have asthma), giving us quarters for a laundromat, or hiring an outside contractor to fix these URGENT issues. They also immediately denied our partial refund request. Please do NOT rent from Kees Vacations. I can see from other reviews that their other properties have similar issues and other renters were just as miserable as we were, so I guess they just don't care. I went to college in Richmond, Virginia and dealt with my share of terrible landlords, but none of them were nearly as neglectful, selfish, and irresponsible as Kees Vacations. read more

It takes 10-15 minutes to get anyone to come to the phone and the one girl who does answer is the devil reincarnate. They cheated me out of money I was owed from a re-rental and cheated me out of an insurance claim I should have been given but cannot get because the balance wasn't "paid-in-full" before they re-marketed the condo - per their cancellation policy (George offered that and I didn't realize it would null my insurance claim and prevent me from getting any money back if the amount wasn't paid in full before they re-marketed it.) I wonder if they are getting kickbacks from the insurance company for this practice? They sure do make more money by taking over half of the bill upfront and not getting the remaining balance until 3 weeks before check-in (which would make it highly unlikely to be re-rented unless someone is booking last minute.) Interesting thing is, they did re-rent the condo I had paid for but because they didn't have me pay in full and the other renter didn't rent for the same length of stay, I am shorted the night plus fees and the amount I've already paid AND I cannot file insurance for the full amount. By my account that means they are being paid double rent and one party (me) got no benefit for the money paid in. RUN FAST away from this highly deceptive company and DO NOT do business with them. According to the many additional negative reviews I have seen, they are pretty good at stealing peoples hard earned money and not caring at all. The worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. I would do negative stars if that was an option. From start to finish, this house (982 Pelican Court - AKA Coastal Calling) was so awful. If I'm helping even one family NOT go through what we went through, then at least that is a positive thing. We walked into this dirty, dusty, smelly house, to find used, soiled linens on the floor. The washing machine was full of mold and mildew. It smelled TERRIBLE. Our clothes still have a musty odor after MANY washes. We had to try to unsuccessfully clean it out ourselves, after calling the rental property and not receiving a return call. The washing machine was never even remotely close to being "clean". The backyard was FILLED with fire ants and ant hills. Many of us got bitten up multiple times. We could not even let our small children sit outside on the deck or the grass. The fans were covered with an inch thick of dust. The air filters were so full of dust, they looked as if they had never been cleaned. There were spider webs on the lamps. Many outlets didn't even work. Our children had no pillow cases on their beds. The pool heater (we paid extra for) did not work properly, as the breaker kept turning off. A few of our kids have allergies and the dust was so bad they were coughing and sneezing constantly. We called on a daily basis (often multiple times per day) to express our total dismay and dissatisfaction and beg for help. Each request took days for anyone to "help" us. Finally, on day 5 a "pest control person" came out, took one look at the unkept yard, shook his head, and said "this one can of raid is not going to cut it. I'm so sorry." As awful as all of this may sound, I'm not even mentioning everything. We kept hoping that we would receive a full refund, because, how could we NOT after our entire vacation was abysmal due to this house being such a nightmare? It was as if the rental company didn't know how bad this house really was, so we provided pictures and videos. This was supposed to be a very special trip after not being together for over 2 years due to your pandemic. The very poor conditions of this house ruined our trip. We felt very unheard and unseen and as if we were totally unimportant. After our awful experience, we wrote to the rental company several times and detailed all of the issues we had, and were offered a VERY small amount as "compensation" for "our troubles". This amount was LESS THAN 15% of the total cost of the rental. We decided together that we were not going to accept this. The pictures posted online are not at all an accurate representation of what the property actually is. These pics must have been taken long before this property was left in such poor condition. We met an owner in the neighborhood who could not believe how terrible the house was and assured us that we would be taken care of by the rental company and offered a full refund. Sadly, we were not. Disappointing We had booked Kees' Whalebone unit B two years ago. This year unit B wasn't available, but unit A was. We were told that unit A was "right next to unit B" so we booked it for a week. It turned out that A isn't close to B; it is about 100 feet closer to the road and right next to the dumpster which was serviced (noisily) very early several mornings each week. The unit is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and K-cup and Mr. Coffee style coffee makers. There were supposed to be six K-pods, but there were only four. There were soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms, but the dispenser in the second bathroom had been broken off the wall and had been left in the cabinet under the sink. The place had clearly been cleaned before our arrival, it wasn't all that clean. We found dust and hairs on windowsills. There was a vacuum and sponge mop, but no bucket, and, more importantly, no broom. The lid on the trashcan was broken and fell off every time we tossed something away. We left a phone message and sent email to Kees on our second day about some maintenance issues, but over the next six days they never replied either by email or phone. Their rental agreement says that the security deposit "will be refunded to you within 30 days of check-out." The delay seems odd since if there is no damage, why wait? When we had not received our refund nor any communication from Kees by day 32 (a Sunday), I sent them email. I heard back in less than an hour that they had issued my full refund that day. If they found no damage, why did they wait 4 1/2 weeks to issue the refund? And I can't help but wonder if my Sunday email spurred them to issue the refund. The refund showed up on day 35, a full five weeks after we checked out. A descent place; terrible service. read more

My family and I travel all over the US and partner with many rental companies, our first time in the outer banks at Nags head was virtually ruined by the lack of commitment Kees showed. On arrival 8-20-2020 we found the house filthy, windows, door handles, ac filters, bathrooms were disgusting. With a family of 11 and 3 dogs we decided to stay. After spend $500 on cleaning supplies and another 500 on clean towels and kitchen utensils we stayed. WISH WE LEFT. After an hour on site we realized the AC upstairs was not working. Of course we called, called and called. We finally got a Kees maintenance guy out with a laser pointer and said it's working and call them back if it stops. Thing is we own one of the largest AC companies in the southwest so knew there was a issue. After no response on the weekend we went and spent another 200 on tools to fix the AC which had a bad float switch and a filter that god knows when it was changed. This house at 8237 old Oregon inlet, Nags Head NC should be taken off the market. It is unsafe. Kees needs to do better! read more

My husband and I booked this house for our honeymoon but found it was not like the pictures on the ad. There was water damage and mold on the ceiling. Not worth your time! Trying to get a refund was impossible. I received less that half of what I paid to rent the house as "compensation" for unsafe conditions and misleading advertisement. read more

The management at Kees is totally unresponsive to your needs. We generally stay in the brand new houses in Kitty Hawk so we never had issue and therefor never had reason to truly use the customer service. They were always responsive to bookings. We opted to stay in one of the townhouses in 2018 and man was that a mistake! I kind of had a feeling when I saw roach traps in every room but I knew for sure when I came up one night to get a bottle for the baby and as I opened the cabinet a massive sized roach went running off!!!! Oh NO. We called immediately and left a message. The next morning by 10 we still hadn't received a phone call. We called and talked to someone who told us they would move us and someone would follow up with details. Several hours went by and we had not heard from anyone. At this point we had been sitting around all morning waiting to pack out of the place. We called back and we were then told that, no they weren't going to move and they would send over exterminators. That was unacceptable as we had 4 kids, 3 of which were scared to death! After ALOT of calls, they finally moved us. We lost an entire day, they provided no financial compensation and even though the place that they moved us to was not booked following our stay, they would not extend us for 1 night. Our neighbor was also vacationing with us and after they bug bombed our place, she had roaches start to show up in her place which was a few townhouses down. The bugs were gross but their handling of the matter was horrible! Note to self: do not stay in the Cambridge Cove townhouses!!!!! read more

Kees was absolutely horrible to deal with. Prior to our deposit, they were so available to speak to, but once our deposit hit, we received no return phone calls or emails. Some guy from Kees randomly showed up at the rental to check the hot tub. We had no notice from Kees that someone was coming by. The house was NOT very clean. Carpet didn't appear to be vacuumed, and there were crumbs in and on all chairs/couches I would NEVER rent a vacation home through Kees again read more

Kees Vacations will not administer refunds for trips cancelled (on their end, not mine) due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The only other option they're providing is to pick another date after August, subject to their approval and your acceptance of responsibility for price increases. read more
