I am leaving a review however because at about 10:00 on a Thursday morning, I called these guys because my wife is sitting on the side of an exit ramp off the highway with a flat tire and I needed someone to either tow it, or change it for her, and I figured a nice 24-hour towing place would be able to get it done... Only instead of answering the phone it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I thought that was kind of odd. I've used 24-hour towing places before and typically there is at least an operator or someone that answers the phone, or one time I remember a voicemail box that said if nobody calls you back in 5 minutes here's another number. But anyway yeah, yelp is where I typically go to share my experiences, and luckily we found someone else that I basically threw a stack of cash at to go change her tire for her.

Instead of answers, I had to pry info out of him over days--busy day excuses, falling asleep, being out sick, passing me to Skyler Fish. He dodged confirming the charger/photos, insisted on reconditioning, but never delivered written buyer's order or verification. Kept stringing me along with "transferring it myself" promises. After a full week of back-and-forth, the truth: the car was never available. It was at their Bath location in service/intake for another customer the entire time. They "couldn't locate it" until upper management got involved, then admitted we were "beat to the chase." Georden gave firm timelines (Friday transfer), made assurances he couldn't keep, and wasted my entire week rescheduling around his word. **I specifically wanted the location that actually had the car**--instead, they solicited me and dropped the ball completely. Some people only have a 30 day rental attached to their insurance policy for comp or collision. I knew this was going to be a problem so I have another car to work with at this point. When I've had repairs and other items gone over in the past I really have had best service and experience with these people over who I have used prior. They don't cut corners, they do the work and guarantee the parts and the labor.
