From the initial phone call with Nicole, she did everything she could to get the appointment scheduled as soon as possible and found something that worked with our schedule. She also provided a text option to confirm the appointment which was also very helpful. Cy was the technician who provided our inspection. He called to let us know he would be arriving a bit early. He was diligent in addressing our concerns and checking other portions of the house and foundation. His assessment was honest and fortunately, he did not find our foundation to be the issue (thankfully). He did not suggest any unnecessary services and told us to beware of other area foundation companies that may try this. We appreciated his help and honesty.
