The experience was great from the initial consultation appointment last week until after surgery yesterday. I was impressed at the office staff, they make things seamless for you with arranging payment for your work, explaining how things will go on the day of the procedure and how to prepare for your procedure. They ask you numerous times if you have questions and give you the opportunity to express any concerns that you have. I am happy with the care that we received, the experience was positive from beginning to end. Today was postoperative day number one for my daughter and she has minimal pain after her procedure yesterday. Again, I work in healthcare, so I have seen the good and bad of how things can go. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Thank you to Dr. Berley and his staff for taking great care of our girl.

I went to the dentist yesterday and found out I had a cracked tooth that most likely required extraction. They referred me to Dr Torres' office for my next step. I called Dr Torres' office and spoke with the friendly and professional staff who made me an appointment at the Hollywood Oral Surgery office the very next day. Today, I easily completed an online initial information form with my insurance and reason for visit. Upon arrival, I met with three very outgoing yet professional front office workers, who are usually the backbone of every business since they are your first contact. The office bathroom was spotless which is a good sign going forward. I was nervous about my tooth but they made me feel comfortable and simply explained the dental insurance procedure. They took me at my exact appointment time and then met with Rebeka who was preparing the room to assist Dr Torres with my possible tooth extraction. The room was clean and had all the required sanitized items. Dr Torres entered the room and discussed my recent tooth x-ray from my dental office. Based on the options he provided, the dual decision was to extract the wisdom tooth. Within ten minutes I received several numbing shots. After confirming I was "numbed up" it literally took three seconds to extract my tooth without any pain. Im writing this review only hours after the procedure without any pain or issues. I would like to thank Dr Torres and his entire staff for making an uncomfortable painful issue during the last few days as simple as possible. I highly recommend Dr Torres for all Oral Surgery.

I could not have been more mistaken. I walked into his office literally in tears. I was at another dentist that took my insurance, and from start to finish it became clear to me that their is in fact a HUGE difference. Instead of going on about the terrible experience at the other dentist I want to share what I saw and felt to be the biggest difference. Dr Naierman has stellar bedside manner. He is polite, and takes a few moments to speak with me before even touching my mouth. While looking in my mouth he is not "heavy handed" and is quite aware that their is a person attached to "that mouth". He is professional and caring. After looking at my X-rays it was determined that I would need additional work done. He explained what/why/how. His staff was kind and eager to help with qs and the overall happy feeling in that office, I am sure, is a direct result of the working environment and watching Dr Naierman interact so well with the people that come in. The only thing I am sorry about is that I am moving away and won't be able to use him as my regular dentist.

I was pleasantly surprised by how little discomfort I experienced afterward, thanks to the adequate pain control measures put in place. My follow-up appointment a week later further solidified my positive impression of the office. I was informed upfront about the risk of infection, particularly in the lower teeth, and advised on what symptoms to watch out for. Unfortunately, I did develop an infection a week later, but the response from the office was swift and efficient. They offered me a same-day visit, although I had a scheduling conflict and went in the next morning instead. As per the hygienist, Dr. Leon requires a 1hr min for cleaning. The cleaning is the most thorough I have ever gotten plus they always have multi-flavored rinses to choose from and the doctor is patient and caring. I also think most of his staff including the doctor speak both Spanish and English fluently so independent of your language of choice you shouldn't experience any barriers. Recently I went to one of those chain dentist groups and was in and out in 25 mins with little to no time with the dentist . This is not that kind of place. Expect to be there 1-1.5 hours if you have good hygiene - they take their time and the dentist will look at literally every tooth! Dr. Leon's office is state of the art with new, clean equipment and computers. The patient rooms are all glass framed with hardwood floors throughout.
