We drove South instead of North to Dallas and were amazed at the floor inventory! The service was great at answering questions without pressure. I found the chair we needed and were once again amazed when the owner was willing to drop the price even lower than the lowest online price that I had found!!! The time and care that was taken to make sure this instrument made its journey to France unscathed was like nothing I've seen. It would not have gotten this care and treatment from the UPS store in Waco. I was expecting an amount for the services they gave but to my surprise it was 1/3 of what I thought I'd be charged.
