So I went to KC Starnes to get a second opinion as I am a woman who knows nothing about car repair. Carlos, Who is also the manager of the store came out to look at my car and then he told me he wanted to try to put some chemical on and see if he can remove the marks. It was a magic that he took most of the black marks off my car.( before I went there, I already went to Autobell got a car wash and also I tried to use my nails to scratch the marks and I couldn't get anything off!) Carlos told me I just need to go to the dealer to get the same paint and do a little bit touch up. Just like that I saved $800! I am really appreciated his help and will definitely let all my friends know this is a trustworthy place to go!

Andrew and his team are THE greatest. This is, by FAR, the best place I've ever taken my car to. For many years before moving north, he provided great service for my vehicles. Always straight-up, no BS, no upselling, just plain facts about what your car does and doesn't need. Repairs were always perfect and well-priced. Not to mention the fact that Andrew is just a great guy in general. He truly cares about making sure your vehicle is in good shape but he also genuinely cares about his customers. After I left town, my mom continued to take her car to him for service. I appreciate the fact that he always treated her like family. Every visit was pleasant and she always called me to let me know that he asked her about me and my family. Mom is now up north with us. This was the worst experiene ever! A 16 year old boy hit me and his father was taking care of all…read moreissues. Not going thru insurance company as to alleviate insurance surging. He recommended this company as he had used it. The driver back door had to be replced and some other issues around that. First time I went to pick it up, the bottom half of door was not painted. The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business.
