My…read morehusband is a disabled vet who recently had 3 strokes and I feel they tried to take advantage of him. They wrote him 3 different estimates first estimate to repair his side door and windshield was for $732.62 , when he returned they added 455 to the first estimate making it now $1,187.00 . When returning to drop vehicle off and ask about the chance in price they wrote a new estimate for $2,295.74. Which is a HUGE difference from what we were both told , and we have copies of all 3 estimates they wrote and the owner signed. When asking them to compare estimates to explain why they changed the lady at front desk replied "they don't have copies of the old ones " so I pulled them out so she could compare them, she became very upset, stormed off yelling, returned with the owner who would not even give us a chance to ask questions or show the two other estimates. Owner said the final estimate is the only one they were honoring. Very unprofessional receptionist I've never experienced this with any business. Also she was smoking at her desk in the front office so when I asked my husband to remove my 5 year old because he has asthma and can't be around smoke she slammed the cigarette down and walked out the door, without saying anything leaving us standing there for about 10 minutes . Very shocked they have so many good reviews because no reliable body shop would change their price 3 times with no explanation or treat their customers this way.

I've had the issue addressed twice before, but it always happened again. Well Rob put an end to that. He fixed the sunroof leaking issue PERMANENTLY. He also quickly repaired the side panel of my Driver's seat and thoroughly vacuumed the leak puddles on my car floor. Well I have already returned my rental so I want MY vehicle. He tells me I can't have it. THEY DO NOT KEEP YOU INFORMED OF PROGRESS. (even though I was receiving texts saying it still should be finished on time) The woman said those texts were not from the body shop, even though they said Richie's Body Shop. THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A CESSPOOL. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES ALL AROUND! He reused parts that he got paid to replace with new. When I went to trade my car in they offered me $1,500 for a $7,000 car. The paint work you can still see the primer where he missed around the grill openings. The first time I drove my car at night I had taken my son to the mountains night skiing. When we were driving out I almost crashed because the right headlight was pointed 4 ft low. Headlights from Nissan are pre-aimed before they are shipped. The under side of the car was missing. He added extra screws to the trim pieces around the hood opening because he could not get the pieces to lay in there correctly. I would not let Mike work on my kids little red wagon.

As you can see, I am giving Mike 5 stars. Mike came to my house on time. He was friendly and personable, yet got right down to work. He did a beautiful job of fixing the dent in my car. The dent was a rather sharp dent in my driver's side rear panel. It looked like a little paint was chipped away at the edge of the dent as well. Mike assessed the damage and explained what he thought he would be able to do. Toward the end of the process when I was checking Mike's progress as he worked in my garage. I thought he had finished the work because where the dent was looked good to me. However, to Mike's discerning eye, he had some additional work to do yet. Attention to detail! In the end, Mike felt he was only able to get it to 85% of its original condition. But to me, it looked like he got it to 95% or more. It was a job well done! I told Mike it would be great to do business with him in the future...but I hope to never need his services again. But if you are in need of some dentless repair work, definitely give Mike a call.
