This was the worst experiene ever! A 16 year old boy hit me and his father was taking care of all issues. Not going thru insurance company as to alleviate insurance surging. He recommended this company as he had used it. The driver back door had to be replced and some other issues around that. First time I went to pick it up, the bottom half of door was not painted. The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business. read more

My experience with William and his team at WRG has been exceptional from start to finish. In a world where customer service seems to be sliding to all-time lows - William has set a new bar. From the first day I stopped into his shop he has treated my old 89 fox body like it's one of the McLarens or Lambos in his shop. Communication was top notch from start to finish. The speed, quality, and price point will be hard to beat in the Charlotte area. After the project was completed (full body paint job), there were a couple minor imperfections that William was quick to remedy for me. WRG was great from start to finish. I stopped by for my bumper to be repainted. William provided a quick and fairly priced quote. Miriam was also available and responsive for any questions I had. They allowed me to drop the car off on Sunday night (using a drop box), and it was ready Tuesday, as promised. The bumper looks great, and the color matches perfectly. if i could leave 0 i would. i never leave reviews so the fact that i am should be a sign of not bringing your vehicle here. I saw these guys work on high end cars & figured my Maserati should be no problem. I come in for a simple estimate & then this guy "William" tells me he will have to manually write it up for me & will take a few days which i had no problem with. After a week i get no call & decided to follow up. his secretary answered & tells me my estimate is not ready yet and then tells me i have to pay for the estimate if i wanted it done quicker. I told her no ma'am i was never told i had to pay for an estimate & that i was only calling to see if it was done. After another week of waiting i call & speak with william himself. He tells me he hasn't worked on it at all & the reason for that is because he needs to take the car apart. This guy is a joke & trash. Trying to take advantage & clearly doesn't know how to do business. Unless your insurance tells you to take it here please do not waste your time with these guys especially mr know it all. read more

Let me say WRG is Top of the line in my book. From start to finish they went above and beyond expectations. My BMW X6 was in an accident, I was upset thinking about all the extra running around I would have to do like getting an appraisal, car rental etc. WRG Paint & Body dealt with the insurance company and also had my rental car dropped off at their location. I have a 2008 RANGE ROVER that was in an accident which caused damage to preeeety much the entire front end of my car. I was horrified of what the cost estimate would be but William worked with me and did a 5 star job for a reasonable, very fair price. A 4 day job ended up taking almost 30 days, very slow service unless you have a foreign vehicle, lack of communication unless they're calling about payments. Upon picking up my car the tire pressure light was on (had to put air in my OWN tires, I thought they would've done that) I was happy to have my car before the Christmas holiday. HIGHLY unsatisfied with there customer service. Car was fine, probably wouldn't go back just because of how long it took for minor repairs. A week later and my brake light is back on. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic and I was referred here. Unbelievable. read more

A lot of bad and little bit of good. I'll start with the bad. The Bad. So where do I start on this one... This place is ran by a bunch of Busch League idiots. An ambulance chaser got a hold of me after we were in a car accident and let me know this body shop would fix the car without having to pay the deductible. 20 days after the accident. I called them and they just kept telling me the car would be ready by tomorrow. After a total of 37 days! They finally got it back to us. The car seemed to be bogging down a little bit and sounded loud. When we drove it at night we saw the light they subbosibly fixed was out. And worst of all the turn signal would only work half the time. So naturally we brought it back to get it fixed on a damn Saturday... They fixed the light. They tried to fix the turn signal but failed. AND THEN THEY PULLED OUT A DRILL FROM THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE!! Yeah that's why the car sounded loud and bogged down. We drove it for 2 days will a drill in the engine... They are working on the turn signal for a third time. The good. We didn't have to pay the deductible. They paid for the rental car when the insurance wouldn't after 35 days. They are overall nice people. read more

AWSOME people and Nice body work, but don't be fooled by the nice decor in the office, or the big smiles. A lot of organization and quality that is expected went unseen. I was in a accident and of course one of the associates "happened" to be there. I was treated very well and so was my car they followed up every time I called and really made me feel like they cared about the with they were doing. Cons: Unfortunately when I left there was a nail in my tire and my car was FILTHY, "Problem noted there was a ice storm which froze the car wash (what's wrong with a bucket of water, soap and a squeegee/sponge)" or at least a vacuum. it took a day longer than my insurance company gave them by 2/3 days, but quality takes time. read more

We were called from "Santana" after a car accident 2 days ago and she was "very helpful" until I realized that she told a lot of lies. She said that she was a "Collision analyst with Toyota" and that they are required to call whenever one of "their" cars are involved in an accident. She said I should not take the car elsewhere because they work with Toyotas a lot and other places might not. She also told me that the accident report said something on it that it did not say. She didn't know that I had already gotten my own copy. I called the other driver's insurance and got nowhere, so I called my insurance agency and got the advice I needed. Also, this is a paint and body shop and my car was totaled so it was totally inappropriate for them to be involved. read more

These guys (William is owner) are great. I had them strip my 1979 Cherokee to metal and re-prime and paint it. I have been working on cars and restoring as a hobby my whole life. These guys did a good job. I had one small floorboard hole fixed and the paint job was great. I did have two small runs and one fish eye, as well as some windshield sealant they missed. They picked it up at my house on the flatbed, fixed those issues immediately and dropped it back off at my house. They are good, honest people and I would definitely use them again. A+ read more

Did excellent work. Handled my insurance. Got a lifetime warranty on their work not that I will need as took my Altima to Nissan and they didn't notice any repairs. Went to Wilburn - took them 2 months and did a horrible job. SMALLER SHOP BUT MUCH BETTER WORK AND PRICES. Plus the owner is nice and everyone in their was VERY Nice. Beware!!!! Avoid worst bodyshop ever, painted my car horribly the first time, then had the odacity to want to charge me 700 us to fix the bad paint job they did originally, and promised car would be done in 3 days, when i go after 4 days, the car had just been painted and was not ready, i took them 5 days and when i saw it, it was painted worst than before, looked like he used my car to traine a new hire painter, i was furious and will be reporting this business and its shady practices to the required authorities, like the saying says you get what you paid for read more

The most unprofessional place we've ever been too. Took them a month to fix my tire and because they delayed we were charged extra. The co manager wouldn't answer our phone calls and would get angry when we would confront her.(Gina & Geovani) Let's not forget we lost $300 because of them. I do not recommend this place to anyone! $3800 worth of estimated damages needed to be fixed AFTER it was considered completed by WRG and Associates... Very pathetic company.

Reggie Johnson and the other employees of WRG did a great job from beginning to end. My car was involved in a hit and run knocking off the side view mirror and leaving a long, deep stratch along the passenger side of the car. I was contacted by Reggie and made an appointment to go by the office. I was nervous about the entire ordeal because I couldn't believe they were going to waive my deductable. He gave me the breakdown of their services, contacted my insurance agency, and provided transportation to pick up a rental car. I lefted my car at WRG and Associates on Thursday evening, the insurance adjuster came out on the following Tuesday, and my car was done by Friday. They did an amazing job replacing the side view mirror (which had to be custom painted) and repairing the stratch. These men were very helpful and very professional. They took great care of me and my vehicle. read more

At first we were happy that they called us. My fiancé was in a wreck and the car was towed from the scene. We signed the car out to this business. They paid for the towing cost and was going to pay our deductible. They were suppose to deal with the insurance people well a week went by and they kept saying the insurance company is coming to do a estimate on it. Well I received a letter in the mail that the insurance would not be paying for it. So instead of helping us get the car out it was call here here and here and do all this stuff to try and get the insurance to pay for. Well mean while our car keeps sitting there they are charging us for days. The owner did give us a deal and only made us pay for 10 days so we ended up forking $670 to get our vehicle out. When I went to get the jeep the back window was busted out of it. It was done on his property and he wanted to blame the towing company. I had the worst experience at this place and I do not recommend it at all. I recommend a friend as well there and she did not have a good experience. We both went there to check on our cars employees were fighting with each other and blaming each other. It is a very unprofessional company. read more
