I was kept informed of their status during the day. Arrival was exactly on the promised time. I was expecting a large number of people but was incredibly surprised when only 2 men arrived. They carefully took the item out of the shipping crate, working quickly and efficiently. When the time came to bring it in I expected them to call in more people. Incredibly they lifted the 500 pounds, brought it up the stairs, navigated the tight corner and placed it where it belonged. Even while moving the care used was impressive. Great pains wee used to avoid anything that could cause damage. There was no damage caused. This company is great at what they do and the price was more reasonable then expected. I was given a 2-hour arrival window for the move day and they called me ahead of time to let me know when they were on the way. The whole team worked hard and took great care with my belongings as they loaded them into the truck and transported them to my new home. They even fished quicker than the initial quote. They truly treat your belongings and house as their own and make sure to protect everything from any damage. They even put blankets down everywhere to protect carpet and flooring from damage/dirt. I had numerous phone calls with Mike and we traded phone calls, texts, emails. I was asked to have…read morea person at the site where items were to be moved from. I was asked to have someone be there 30 minutes before the movers were scheduled to be there. I had queried whether to have the movers would like to utilize a basement bay or the front door. I was assured that the movers would prefer to utilize the front door. The movers had a 2 hour window and they never made it to the office in that time frame. They called 20 minutes after the window and said they would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes after the 2 hour window they called back saying that they were at the basement bay. I informed them that I was told that they would prefer the front door. It was not until 60 minutes after the 2 hour window that they made it to the office. It took them 15 minutes to move the truck from the back of the building to the front. They were pleasant enough. They moved the items to where they needed to go. I am not impressed that after all the communication there was time lost and more expense for us because of the lack of clarity between Mike and his movers. It cost me approximately $50 because of their lack of communication
