Amazing service here let me tell you I love me some pancakes I go all the time with family we enjoy it a lot

IHOP was the perfect spot to refuel after a 5K in the Disney area. I haven't been at an IHope location in years and I was skeptical at first about the food and service. I'm happy to share that this one was a great choice and the food was good. We got there right at 7 a.m. after the race and we got seated right away, it seems other runners had the same idea and everyone started to show up there. We were lucky to order quickly and we got our food fairly fast. We needed protein so we got an omelet and steak. They were tasty and it was a good amount for the price. It is obviously not a high-end restaurant where you can find better steak cuts but they were good. We also got one pancake to share and it was more than enough for two people as an extra. Service was great too. Our server was friendly and helpful. By the time we left the restaurant was packed and the restaurant was big. It also has plenty of parking. read more

I wasn't even thinking that IHop could compete for my favorite Benedict. But when I saw they added several versions on their menu, it was worth a try. Went with the Pesto Veggie Benedict and hash browns. 1). Hash browns. You can never go wrong with iHop Hash Browns...just remember to ask for "extra crispy." 2) Pesto Veggie Benedict. Separate each item was fine. Together they were fighting to be the star. And the pesto and hollandaise just could never get along. Together the two were actually an unpleasant taste. On May 20, 2025, around 1:00 AM, my coworkers and I (a group of six) visited the IHOP at 7529 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL--and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. From the moment we walked in, Lisa and Victoria made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone's home, not just a restaurant. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care were beyond anything we expected, especially at such a late hour. They anticipated our needs, made great recommendations, and ensured everyone at the table felt seen and valued. A huge thank you also goes to Le Le, the cook on duty. I'm incredibly picky about how my burger is cooked--and he absolutely nailed it! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we asked. Everyone at the table was raving about how good everything was. This team turned what could've been just another late-night meal into a memorable experience filled with joy, comfort, and top-tier hospitality. We left with full bellies and even fuller hearts. Five-star IHOP location for sure! This is a great stop for anyone in the area--tourists have such easy access, between the hotels and the parks and the rental car places, etc. We picked up our rental car and came here for a late breakfast; it was pretty busy but our party of two was seated immediately. The restaurant is clean and bright, with lots of busy staff members around to help you out. Manuel is a SAINT! He's so fast and attentive, probably the best waiter I've ever had in terms of both efficiency and personality. We ordered the usual breakfast staples: eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns, and various pancakes/crepes. All of it was fresh and hot, and came out within 10-15 minutes. More love for Manuel since he also brought me an iced tea to go for free when I asked for one after he'd brought the check; he could've easily added it to our bill but brought the card and receipt back without a charge. I had low expectations when I went to this IHOP. My prior visits at IHOP locations in Arizona have been disappointing overall, especially as far as slow service. I went to this IHOP with a large group of friends, several of whom were visiting from the UK and had requested to go to IHOP. We were seated right away even though the restaurant was very busy. I was impressed with how large this IHOP location was and mentioned it to the server. She said it is the busiest IHOP location in the US. They are open 24 hours a day and are located not far from Disney World. We ordered, and I was glad that even though we were a large group, we were able to split up our orders. We received our food in about 10 - 15 minutes, which was amazing. They had a few servers bring the food to our table so it all made it out at the same time. The server was great at refilling drinks and checking in on a regular basis. I had the chocolate chip pancakes, which were decadent and delicious. Delicious and dependable! We arrived hungry around 8pm after flying in from New Jersey. We were seated right away by our friendly server and drinks and food arrived quickly. My Split Decision Breakfast of 2 eggs (my preference of over easy), 2 bacon strips, 2 pork sausages, 2 pancakes, and french toast was amazing! In fact, my whole family enjoyed our meals. I enjoy going to this IHOP. Always greeted warmly and with smiles. Food comes out pretty fast. The food here is delicious. Had the Sirlon steak with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. We also combo breakfast with turkey bacon (cooked to perfection). The bacon had just the right crispy taste. Also had pancakes, eggs with cheese. The chicken quesadilla was also good. Late dinner in Kissimmee Just your regular IHOP restaurant. I have not stepped in an IHOP in California in years so this was our first time back dining at an IHOP. I must say that our experience here was nice and pleasant. We had just spent a whole day at Epcot and after our transport bus from the park dropped us off back to our hotel we hopped on our car to look for a place to eat somewhere nearby that was still open... it was nearing 10:00p and this IHOP location was just around the corner from our hotel. The restaurant was not that busy but it still had quite a bit of people dining, probably tourists like us that just came from WDW. We were seated right away. Ordered the Breakfast Sampler and some buttermilk pancakes. Food came fast. Everything was good and delicious. Our server was great in checking on our table. We are traveling so we end up having to eat at chain restaurants, which are. It my favorite. We were seated quickly, but had to wait for a long time for coffee. First we were told they need to make a fresh pot and then all the grounds went into the coffee so they had to make another pot. To top it off, one of our mugs came with lipstick on the rim. Ugh! I had a breakfast sandwich which was egg, bacon, cheese on sourdough bread and I got fruit as a side. The sandwich was good and way larger than I needed. The fruit was old and soft and should never have been served to a customer. My husband's pancakes arrived cold which is ridiculous in a place that is know for their pancakes. This is the best IHOP I've ever been to! The food is your typical IHOP food however the service is amazing! My family of 13 came to this IHOP every day while we stayed in Florida and no matter how packed they were we were seated within 15 minutes and were in and out each time. We also had different staff wait in us and everyone was amazing. Our food came out quick, was right each time, and was hot as well. We are definitely coming back our next visit to Florida! read more

This restaurant is deserving of it's poor rating. Our waitress, by her own admission, was only five days on the job. Having never been a waitress before, she was NOT the problem. After ordering our food, in a restaurant mostly empty, we waited over 45 minutes for food that was room temperature cold, undercooked and overly salted meat. Tables were left uncleared while servers congregated at the register. Several members in our party ended up with severe upset stomachs. I came to this location and we were a party of 14 humans. We were seated fairly quickly by the manager. Our waiter TAMMY was the best she did so good in taking all of our orders. The food was delicious! The service was very good I got my food quickly. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

First stop while in Orlando - IHOP! Last time I came to IHOP I got the mushroom Swiss burger after they announced the change of name to IHOb and was pleasantly surprised at the burger's taste and quality. This time around I tried the Jalepeño Kick burger and the name doesn't lie! If you don't like spicy foods or can't handle it well, the burger wasn't overbearingly spicy. It had the right amount of "kick" to spice up the burger while not taking away from the juiciness of the burger. Pancakes as a side is a PLUS and I'll always go to IHOP if I want pancakes. Our server was awesome and checked on us frequently and refilled my Splashberry without me having to ask. Great service and great food! read more

WARNING: Curbside takeout is not real here! When we ordered online, it said to park in a curbside pickup spot and call the restaurant to say we were there. There were not, however, any designated curbside spots at all, and when we tried to call, we just got a busy signal over and over (seems they might have just left the phone off the hook). I finally went in to see what we were supposed to do, and after waiting in the crowded lobby with many maskless people, finally got to speak to someone who said they didn't actually have curbside pickup. Even though our food was supposed to have been ready by then, she told me it would be another 20 minutes, and that she would bring it out to us. We waited for 30 minutes in the car before I finally went in again. Our food was just sitting on a table with other people's food. No one had brought it out to us or called us to tell us it was ready. Bottom line: If you're expecting a COVID safe experience, this is not your place. You're going to have to brave a crowded lobby with people not wearing masks. All that said, the food was very good, so at least there was that. read more

I came here with the family about a weekend ago, excited because you could never go wrong with IHOP. HOWEVER, that wasn't the case. While our server was polite, she didn't write down anything that we ordered which I understand some servers have a good memory and feel that they may not need a notepad however in my opinion it's always good to have one especially when you are taking an order from a large family... Anyway she didn't write down our order and therefore there were multiple mistakes and errors made and parts of orders missing. Also, our food was partially cold as well as the coffee and orange juice tasted as if it was water down despite being served with no ice. I wasn't expecting much, tbh. But we came in and put our name on the list. It was 9:30 on Saturday morning and though we were quoted 25 minutes, we waited no more than 10. All staff members were visible and moving with a purpose. They were also happy and upbeat (which you normally don't see in busy chain restaurants in tourist areas). Our waitress was super sweet and bilingual - which was very helpful since my boyfriend is not comfortable with his English in front of others. She switched between Spanish and English effortlessly and unbothered. Our breakfast came out within 10 minutes as well. Everything was warm and exactly how we ordered it.
