Croissant sandwich seasonal
Liz L.

Wanted to try this location since it was close to home. It was pretty packed.. we waited around 15 mins to be seated luckily we were just 2. We were greeted by our waiter who was pretty cool. I have been wanting to try their seasonal fall menu. First up was the blaze dragon fruit juice - tasted good a little too sweet for me personally. My chicken tacos were OK, they were pretty dried, even with the pico and beans a sauce was definitely needed... the croissant sandwich was really good, fluffy and fresh. I did like the potato's at this location NOT salty at all which I loved. Overall a normal experience with regular service.

Came in for a quick breakfast. This was our first time at this location and I found it to be the same quality as others I've visited and enjoyed. Service was ok, but friendly as our waiter walked us through the new menu, though I'll add that he seemed a bit distracted and could take some time to come back to the table. This location seems to be a bit larger and spacious than the older locations I usually visit. I tried the new maple bacon croissant and really enjoyed it. It was very filling and tasty. I appreciated how fluffy the croissant was as it wasn't dry choking. The blazing dragon is the new seasonal drink and it was really good as well. Not too sweet and the chunks of dragonfruit were a treat after I finished the drink.

Spent some quality time with my grandparents and decided to try First Watch since it was so conveniently located near their community. I had a serious pancake craving, and this place absolutely delivered! Food: 5/5 I got the berry pancakes with a side of million dollar bacon--exactly what I wanted. Fluffy, flavorful, and the bacon sweet and salty. My husband had the quinoa bowl, which he really enjoyed. My grandparents kept it classic with bacon and eggs and were happy with everything. We also had a few specialty drinks, which were a nice touch and made the meal feel a little more special. Service: 5/5 We were seated within 15 minutes, and our server was truly excellent--attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Food came out quickly (about 15 minutes after ordering), and the whole meal wrapped up in under an hour without ever feeling rushed. I also appreciated how seamless the checkout process was--you can pay via QR code at the table or up front, whichever you prefer. Ambience: 5/5 Clean, bright, and welcoming--perfect for a relaxed brunch with family. The vibe was friendly and calm, and it didn't feel like they were trying to turn tables too fast, which made for a really nice experience. Value: Even with four people and specialty drinks, our total came to just around $100--which felt very fair for the quality of food and service

I have been to multiple locations and while i understand that this one is brand new, it needs more organization. Waited about 50 minutes to be seated, once we had our table, we had to ask our server for things multiple times because she kept forgetting. Once our food came out, it was cold and that was the last drop for me. The "million dollar potatoes" are just breakfast potatoes with crumbs of bacon and some cheese on top. The potatoes that came with my omelette were almost stale. Unfortunately, not the best experience for this particular location. Maybe once they get their rhythm down it'll be better.

I started out so excited! The place is so inviting, warm, cozy, I was so hungry too. Yeah - not at all impressive. The best part was the "look" and "possibility of a good experience". NOPE. So yesterday my friend and I went to Outback for dinner, had 3+ course meal with everything from dessert, to drinks, to amazing soup and salad. For similar price and way way worse service we get a sad omelet. Beyond the super duper average to poor flavorless food - the service was shocking on a Tuesday at 11 am - with 20% occupancy. We asked for everything but silverware and menu. Can we please have water? Can we please have napkins? Can we please order now? Hours later we left unhappy. Sorry but I tell the truth. Ew to this place, only got the second star because it looks cozy. And the food looks tasty. Not worth a 3rd star or a 2nd visit.

Food was great, Alyssa was excellent. Highly recommend. It's nice to have another choice for good food here in Poinciana.

Something told me to look at the breakfast sandwich and I was shocked. I ended up ordered a chicken empanada and a tequeno in case I didn't like the sandwich because it looks awful (doesn't taste good either) In total with the additional purchase I spent $30. I feel like I got ripped off badly. They slapped two deli slices on this sandwich and they gave it to me on hamburger buns. This isn't what was advertised on their order screens or website. I wish I could get a refund because I didn't even enjoy the first bite and ended up not eating. The empanada was another disappointment. Flavorless boiled chicken mixed with some potato with a lightly seasoned rosemary crust. They give you some kind of garlic sauce with it and it's to distract you from flavorless food. The sauce can't always save food. Very overpriced for mediocre food. The coffee was the only decent item I had. Not even the tequeno was good and it's just a stick of cheese wrapped in dough. You're better off spending money at a drive through. For the amount of money I paid I am Highly disappointed and upset with this experience. Definitely do not recommend wasting the drive or your money to come here.

Unfortunately, the bowl that I wanted to try had avocados in it and the lady said that their avocados weren't ripe enough today. So we ended up getting just two coffees and went elsewhere to eat. The coffees were good. I got iced ube flavored coffee and my fiancee had gotten iced farmer syrup coffee? Next time we are in central Florida we will be sure to visit again!

The restaurant currently has promotions that I qualified for, yet I was charged full price. This seems to reflect a lack of employee training and attention to customer experience. Promotions are meant to attract and retain customers, but they lose their purpose if they are not properly communicated or applied. Staff should be trained to recognize when a customer's order qualifies for an existing offer and proactively mention it. Even if the savings are small, that level of attention makes a big difference and creates a more positive and memorable experience. Unfortunately, because of this, I am giving a one-star rating--not due to the food, but due to the service. With better training and a more customer-focused approach, this place has the potential to stand out.

The option that I ordered was yellow rice with ribs, bean (their bean had potatoes and pumpkin), pork and macaroni salad. The Chin Chin bowl only cost $5.00. If I was a parent, I would not take my kids to any fast food restaurant when they order homemade food for only $5.00. Highly recommended this place. This place does get full.

A giant bun section open for the perusing, a wide open dining room with tranquil murals all over the wall. This is a good place to spend some time at and eat. Service is very friendly. At peak time of day, the buns always refill super fast. The dim sum orders took some time to make their way out to our table, but that's ok. I think this place does an insane amount of take-out business. Food was dynamite. Just look at those buns. Adorned with plenty of toppings that pack a wallop of flavor. Always moist and fluffy and the perfect levels of sweet and/or savory. One could make a breakfast, lunch, and dinner out of this section alone. The dim sum, though, that's what left the biggest impact on me. Dim sum places, I feel like, are trying to capitalize on the popularity and offer smaller and smaller portions. Small dumplings, poorly-filled buns, smaller meat-to-filler ratios, etc. Not Bakery 1908, though. They charge premium prices for them, but what you get are huge, plump, properly filled, and packed with flavor. Just wow. Overall, this is a great place. A very unique and important addition to the Orlando food landscape. I'll keep coming back as needed.

However note that the parking lot is very limited, I can only imagine what the traffic and parking is like during the daytime. The blueberry cheesecake is my absolute favorite! When I visit again I will definitely make sure to snag one of these to eat. It's not too sweet which is great and the blueberry filling really adds to the overall taste of the dish. The matcha fruit tart was okay to me, nothing really stood out. But the strawberry pudding is very fruity. I will definitely have to return to try some of their other bakery buns and the hot food items!
