Every time I get my hair colored/cut, I never fail to get tons of compliments. My color is always gorgeous. Not only does it have a great deal of shine and dimension, but also it really lasts. She knows exactly how to do my highlights so that they grow out naturally, not bluntly and fake looking. My first time meeting her I had a consultation (required.) We went over everything I needed & she was confident she could do it. The night before my ONE MONTH OUT appointment she texted me for a "reminder" of what I was doing... okay, so i reminded her lol. What's the point in a consultation? I waited a month for this app & she is not on top of it at all. I get there & at multiple times felt like she completely "forgot" i was even in her chair, quoting me 5-10 minutes to let something set then leaving me there for 25-30 minutes. She booked me for 4ish hours & by the end of the four hadn't even cut my hair. I missed my mother's day plans because she went over so long. She then checked me out for her insane price of $130/hour & acted like she was doing me favors by not charging the whole time... meanwhile the blonde pieces she was touching up now looked brown & my hair was less than appropriately styled (i literally went home & redid it lol.) Come to find out the next couple of weeks my split ends were still insane. It was like she didn't even trim it. It honestly seemed like the whole time she was either hung over or high, which like idc but don't turn around & mess my hair up too. I booked a follow up appointment while i was there bc truthfully i didn't figure out how not satisfactory it was until after i left. I thought multiple times about reaching out to her to fix her first bad attempt at my hair, but was trying to be polite (my mistake lol,) so I waited a month til my follow up came up. I text her to ask her how much it would be, she quoted me for 2 hours instead of the 1 & 1/2 the emails were saying. She then quoted me full price... even though i would literally never go back to the hair salon that quick & had she done it right the first time i wouldn't have to. I ended up never confirming the appointment, bc i didnt want to pay $260 for her to mess up again. That day comes & she starts texting me... meanwhile the appointment was NEVER CONFIRMED. Then she runs my card for $130 lol. I text her & have gotten no response from her. I've never felt more robbed in my life. And it's not like I was over paying for good hair. NO. I overpaid for BOTCHED BLONDE. Highly dissatisfied, do not recommend. Other stylists at this location might be great, but they def need to let Rachel go.

At the same time, the master did not even check the quality of the coloring. The service is very bad: I asked to dry my hair, but it turned out that I had to separately order the drying of my hair after dyeing and in advance. I was ready to pay extra, but the hairdresser did not have time. I have a question: how can the hairdresser make sure that the hair is dyed correctly without drying the hair? Or does the hairdresser not have to make sure that the hair is dyed well? I left the salon with wet hair, and after drying my hair at home, I saw what a terrible job she did. She didn't touch the back and I really needed the back trimmed a little shorter which I thought was simple enough. She ruined my hair and cut off another 5 inches!! When I sent her pictures with my complaint and desire to get a refund after she ruined my hair, she flat out denied she did it and blamed it on my sister when the photo was taken seconds after I had left the salon in the parking lot! She refused to refund me and started SCREAMING insults at me on the phone. I had to talk to the owner. What an emotional rollercoaster. For $40 there are tons of talented hairdressers in the area. It was also filthy. She did not sanitize her shears. She picked it up from the table covered in her previous client's hair and started cutting my hair with it right away.
