Thank you for bait and switch. Been emailing Brad back and forth on a 2017 F 250 XLT. Sent me information on it and the price was $49,910 after being reduced in price. So I went to the dealership to look at the truck. They said the price was only reduced to 52,000 and he wasn't to sure if this was the truck we were talking about or not. Strike one. When he came back with the monthly payment I wanted it was on an XL truck not the XLT truck I wanted. Strike two. They had the 120% of Kelly Blue Book value which was a joke. I was trading my truck in on the 2017 F250. What they was going to give me for my truck barley came up to the KBB value at 100%. I had dealers who would buy it for a certain price that was more than Keller Ford was going to give me at 120% of KBB. Strike three I'm gone. read more

Made an appointment for 8:20 this morning for our Focus. After waiting until after 1:30 pm to receive a quote, we decided not to make the recommended repair. There was a safety recall that still needed to be completed, and then we would get our car back and they said they would even send a courtesy shuttle to pick him up as this is our only vehicle. Four hours later, no call. My husband decides to call them and surprise, the car is ready but the courtesy shuttle driver just left and now my husband is hiking two miles to get our car back. This is the most overpriced non-communicative shop ever. Save your money, your time, and your hiking shoes! read more

I bought a used Ford Fusion then they came out and said, by the way there is only one key Fob. Then they took me over to the service dept. and they said I could get another one for $379.51 WHAT!! I think that if you spend $20k on a used car from a dealer you should get two key fobs no matter what! It was checked out by Experian with a good report but later on I found some crude body work down low on the back end. Probably done at the Dealership so thats why it wouldn't show up on the report. Because of the low mileage it came with the lifetime warranty on engine and trans. Sounded like a great deal but I hope I never have to use it cause there are a lot of if's in the contract. So if you decide to get a car there check the car out top to bottom and get the keys before you pay up! I called back three times to get some paper work revised, not one of the higher ups answered the phone and none called me back(thats service for you) I finally got ahold of Ashlan in the business office, very helpful and she took care of everything. No one likes the process of looking for a vehicle, the time it takes, the negotiation. I have to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot. We were greeted buy Eric Lett who was very friendly and helpful, if he didn't know the answer he found out. Treated us like we were family and made us very comfortable. The whole team at Keller Ford were fantastic, couldn't ask for anything better. If your going to purchase a ford your best place to shop is Keller Ford in Hanford, we live in Visalia and I plan on always driving to Hanford. The better service is well worth the drive! read more

****BUYER BEWARE!!!**** So I need to update my previous, glowing review. We did have a great car buying experience here that day. We loved the car we left in, and Eric, our sales guy was everything you could hope for from a salesman. However, the trouble came almost 2 weeks later, after we had bonded with the car, and showed her off to all our loved ones. That's when we got a call saying they couldn't finance us, and we had to bring the car back. Talk about a sucker punch to the gut! Before we signed our contract to buy the car, we had specifically asked if there was any possibility of this happening. We were told it was a done deal, and we had nothing to worry about. So now here we are, having just turned over the keys to our dream car, waiting to drive home in our old car. Absolutely devastating, and so unfair! I will never understand how they could let us leave the lot and drive around for almost 10 whole days, just to tell us we can't have the car. Had they just turned us away that day, we would have been disappointed, but we wouldn't be heartbroken. Not to mention how cold the staff have been since we got here. Went to look at buying an SUV Friday night 7/7 after work. It was pretty late. We were looking at a used SUV we saw online and no one came by to say hi for a solid 10 minutes, I just started opening doors at the car we were interested in, I figured I might as well help myself at that point. Someone finally came by and asked if we wanted to drive it? Sure! He came back another 5-10 minutes later and said his manager wouldn't allow it that late at night and to maybe come back the next day and schedule a test drive. I acknowledged it was pretty late and a Friday night and I was understanding. As we were leaving I went with my wife just to look at the brand new SUV's. We walked that way and theres another salesman pulling a mustang out for another couple and giving them the red carpet treatment. It put a bitter taste in both our mouths since we went with every intention to buy a car their. the next day we went to another dealership in visalia to give them a chance. We were greeted with a totally different vibe and flexibility and bought a brand new SUV that day. read more

BEWARE! We found just the right truck. Spent hours on the phone working out the details. Manager Kevin knew we were driving 200+ miles to pick up truck. They texted the whole deal to us. We texted when we were leaving. They said they'd have it ready and detailed when we arrived. They texted and asked our ETA when we were 90 miles in. Five minutes later at 100 miles in, another manager, Mike, called and said they sold it. They never called to ask for credit card, nothing. Recently purchased a used car, less than two years old with low miles, and the experience was ok. Nothing great, nothing bad. After we got done signing the paperwork, they walked us out to the car and handed over one set of keys. My wife and I thought this odd and we decided later that night that one of us would go back in and ask if they could get another set of keys for us. I thought after spending over 20k this was a reasonable request. Besides, I just assumed most cars come with two sets of keys, and if it didn't then maybe that should of been pointed out at some point. So my wife went in and asked if they could help us out. They were not helpful at all. Basically it came down to since it wasn't in the contract they weren't obligated to help. Technically, this is true. But they didn't bring up the issue of keys during the signing, and we didn't ask. In the end it is up to us to secure another key fob. Whether this is a prime example of poor customer service or buyer beware, is up to the reader. However I for one can not help but feel that there was something lacking. We will not be doing any further business with them. read more

My husband and I are less than impressed with the service we received here in March while buying our truck. We saw the truck online and arranged to drive 2 hours and see it. The salesman we dealt with had the last name Keller, so we're assuming he got a free ride through the family business, because he was less than enthused to be dealing with us. When we mentioned the price we had in mind, he basically laughed at us. We told him we didn't have much wiggle room, and he laughed and asked why we drove all that way without discussing it over the phone. We eventually worked something out, but I couldn't believe how rude he was. I had just bought a car at Will Tiesiera Ford in Tulare and they treated me SO WELL THERE, I was astonished at the difference!! Then there's the key. They didn't have the 2nd key that comes with a certified truck, so they were supposed to send someone out with it. That was another big process. Then we ourselves had to take it to the local Ford and have it programmed. It was completely unprofessional that they didn't have the key ready with the truck to sell. To add, the truck was filthy. My husband had to lay underneath and hose it off when we realized how filthy it was. CHUNKS of clay and dirt came off. This should have been done before the truck was even up for sale. This one star is for the gentleman who explained all the technology and grabbed us our floor mats- he was great. I'm active duty Navy down from Washington for school. I have no garage or cleaning supplies or tools so I go to this dealership thinking I have a 50,000$ ford truck they will take care of me. NOPE sent me off to the quick lube didn't even try to get me a appointment for the next day or latter in the week. I guess I'm used to the dealership in Washington actually haveing customer service instead of lack of. The absolute worst car buying experience of my life. These people are deceitful and downright illegitimate in a lot of their practices. From the buying process to the warranty service has been one hassle and run around after another. The salesman that sold me the truck was apparently let go days after I bought my truck and due to that they were unable to verify exactly which running boards were promised to me before signing a contract and the ones they did give me they wanted to charge me $500 dollars for even though I had it on the pre delivery work order that I had been promised an extra key fob and running boards to be included in the total amount financed. I should've realized right then what that experience would indicate when I would need warranty service...should've canceled the warranty right then and there. So I bring my truck in for warranty to Jim martzen at keller ford and they damage my truck and try to hide it. And when I point it out to lamont the service manager they just tell me they will have to speak with the GM and review footage from their security cameras. And that's the last I hear about it from them...I have to keep prodding them to get any kind of answers and just today they tell me they are not going to fix the damage because of a couple existing dents on the other side of the truck! Like because it already had a couple dents and scratches a few more wont hurt...right? Then I keep having to bring it in for the same problems and they knew it had all these problems when they sold it to me..that's why the salesman failed to mention the 100 dollar minimum deductible there is on diesel trucks and they left the box on my warranty contract for that conveniently blank :/. These are just a few examples of my experiences with keller ford and the worthless service they offer. No concept of customer service whatsoever. On my way from Sacramento to Los Angeles and my Ford started having issues. Got a motel and brought it here first thing in the morning. It has now been over 3 hrs, and they haven't even brought it in to look at it. They just came out and told me they would "try" to get it in after lunch. Update: after leaving this review the dealership agreed to repair the damage to my car as well as the due bills. Three days later my car was in the shop. I'm relieved they were willing to figure everything out and take care of my concerns. Nick, the guy in service, did all he could to help. This dealership is a joke. We live an hour and half away and they were advertising on the radio that they were doing 125% trade in value. We were looking into getting a van so it seemed like this might be a good place to go. The experience started out fantastic. We had to do some digging to have our sales man show us the better priced mini vans but he eventually did and we test drove some and liked what we found. We still were not 100% sold but said if the numbers work out then we will go for it. We were upfront in saying we did not want more dept and that it needs to be about the same or less. After about 45 min of back and forth we decided on something that seemed fair. We asked all the correct question and brought up the advertisement about the 125% trade in value multiple times. The commercial kept being dismissed saying that the trade in value didn't matter. They pretty much told us it would be a straight trade. Again we asked several times about the trade in value and if the excessive debt was being rolled over and how much, ect. We were told that it everything was working out and it was all fine. We asked the correct questions! We finally agreed on something and wait a few more hrs to sign paperwork. We get to the end and our negative debt was rolled over, we were being offered less trade in value of our car and it was a 7 year loan not a 5 year. We had asked all of these questions and had been told completely different answers. We cancelled the deal and I was working on getting my daughters stuff picked up for us to go home. My husband was still cancelling paper work. Our sales man came back to me to ask how things were going and I said not well. He then proceeded to tell me he had answered all those question. He had a very sharp tone and acted like he was digging for a fight. The dealership also did not give our registration back to us. Overall, if the deal had not worked and they were truthful we would not have had a problem. We would have gone over to Superior Dairy, got some ice cream and drove home. The fact that they lied to our face, gave us the run around, had us sit for several hrs, and did not give our registration back is really what upset us. Also if you have a baby they do NOT have changing tables in the bathroom. read more

We searched for a while to buy the vehicle we wanted and on the internet, we found one at Keller. However, I wish we never had. The salesman was awesome. Great personality and seemed very personable. It all went downhill when we had the unfortunate experience of talking to financing. The guy was rude, trying to hardsale on a bad deal, just the typical used car mentality of "I'm trying to help you out" all the while sticking it to you anyway he can. We finally were able to switch finance managers to someone that was decent and worked out a deal we could agree to. Fast forward 2 days later, we discover the battery in the car was bad and that it had been replaced with a used cheap knock off battery. For all our troubles we were offered a free second key which was a nice gesture. Now, to get that key, we were told it will take their serviceman 3 hours to program ONE key. Mind you, we live an hour away. Just will be happy when we are done with them. read more
