My brother called to express our serious interest, our already approved financing and ready to negotiate a deal before making the drive over to ensure neither party wasted time. He connected with the Manager, Alvardo, they negotiated a price on 3/18, we were emailed an itemized list of the agreed upon price (car history etc.) and we planned on driving out there today, 3/19. When he called last night, to re-confirm today's trip, he was told by Gabby the car was no longer available. We happened to look at the site today and noticed it was still showing as available but noticed it was listed 1K higher. I called today to confirm if the car was available, spoke to Gabby and was told that it was. So I was confused on what the miss was. My brother called minutes later, also spoke to Gabby to address the inconsistency, and then he was told that the car was no longer available. My issue is how unprofessional this is. It's either available or it's not, respectfully, pick a lane. A car isn't a small purchase and this is just truly unprofessional. So for anyone looking to do business with them, just be aware.

    My fiancée purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado on March 30, 2026. The very next day, the check…read moreengine light came on. We immediately contacted the dealership, and they asked us to bring the truck in. They told us the issue was related to the spark plugs and that it had been repaired. A few days later, on April 6, the check engine light came back on. Once again, we contacted the dealership and brought the truck in for repairs. This time, they replaced all of the spark plugs and assured us the truck was fixed and ready to go. On June 9, less than three months after purchase, the check engine light came on for a third time. This time, the truck also developed an engine knock. We immediately contacted the dealership and were instructed to bring it in right away. After six days of repeatedly calling for updates, we were finally told that the problem was likely a camshaft or lifter failure. At that point, the dealership informed us that they would not cover the repairs and that we would be responsible for the cost because we did not purchase an extended warranty. While we understand that we did not purchase an extended warranty, the truck has had ongoing mechanical issues since the day after we purchased it. We reported every issue immediately and gave the dealership multiple opportunities to properly diagnose and repair the vehicle. We are a family of five with two working adults, and having an unreliable vehicle has created a significant hardship. What is most frustrating is that the dealership worked on the vehicle during the first two visits but is now refusing to assist when a more serious problem has been identified. We believe the vehicle either had a pre-existing issue that was not properly diagnosed or was not thoroughly inspected before being sold. We have repeatedly attempted to discuss our options with dealership staff, but it has been extremely difficult to get clear answers or assistance. On June 15, we went to the dealership in person seeking help. We were asked to wait in the lobby for someone to speak with us, but no one ever came. Instead, employees remained in the office while we waited without receiving any assistance. We are disappointed with how this situation has been handled and hope the dealership will take responsibility for addressing a vehicle that has experienced recurring problems since the day it was purchased.

    I saw a car online that I was interested in and emailed them. I texted and emailed back with…read moresalesman Juan Perez. He was upfront and sent me photos of the car. I told him I lived several hours away and would want to do as much online as possible if I were to come down and see and maybe buy the car. Juan told me there were some issues with the car so I would not be surprised with them if and when I were to go there. Eventually, there were enough issues that I decided not to go further with the car. To me if there were issues with the car (Ford product) and the dealer was not willing to fix it, then it must be pretty bad or $$$. I never met with or talked to Juan in person or on the phone but he was helpful and no pressure. My only complaint would be that there was never an advertised price for the car and Juan never gave me an answer when I asked him what the price was.

    I just want to share a really positive experience I had at the Keller Service Department last week…read more. Prior to doing business with Keller , I was really traumatized for having such a bad experience with Fresno Mitsubishi service department a few years ago(2024) when I had the unfortunate experience of completing a 16 hour shift and finding my car dead in a the parking lot of the State Hospital . After my car was towed to Mitsubishi of Fresno it rotted in a parking lot for 4 months with little to no communication and a very mean woman who did not want to help me was my only point of contact . I swore in that moment that I would never again fall victim to that business and I did not go back to them for a new car . My experience at Keller was the complete opposite. Vanessa was caring , went above and beyond to help me with my service issue and I didn't even wait 24 hours until it was resolved . She made it very clear my business was valued and had genuine concern for what my needs were . I highly recommend this business . Good service is dead, but not at Keller . They take care of you and treat you well and truly go beyond standard expectations. I think I'll stick with Chevy for now on . I suggest you do too . Thank you Keller for taking care of me. I…read moredropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5-6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn't posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn't receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I'd be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed.

Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response. Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase. Very very terrible customer service. If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.
