He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs

Andrew…read moreprovided excellent service: - had a truck dispatched to my address in the Bronx just over an hour after I contacted him. - driver called me to let me know he was 15mins away, arrived at the scheduled time, and was very helpful, friendly and professional when strapping my bike to the flatbed. - driver texted me to confirm delivery to the appropriate person in the dealership's service department, with photos. - price was reasonable given the distance that needed to be covered (across boroughs). Would definitely recommend this and would without hesitation use him again if the need comes up. 10/10

In this case, though, there's some consistent negative threads regarding his behavior that should give anyone pause when considering his service. The people leaving negative reviews can't all be wrong. Too bad.
