I ask a million questions when I go to a mechanic as everyone should (never take any thing for granted) and he answers every question with extreme detail right back. I see some bad reviews and I can say people just suck, because it's a stressful situation, they're spending money they don't want to or they don't have and they feel like they're getting ripped off. My advice to you is, have your mechanic give detailed pictures of what he's replacing as he does it and you will never doubt your mechanic again but if you see something questionable then immediately find another mechanic! Parts and labor are expensive, I am a licensed electrician and charge $225 just to walk in the door but people don't understand that I have a hardware store on wheels and can usually handle any emergency call right then and there, thats what your paying for.

He pushed me to get insurance on the vehicle and it ended up being that I never got the vehicle and I paid for four months of insurance. When I would reach out to the owner and ask him if I should cancel the policy he kept telling me not to cancel it because the car keeps coming any day now. The car never came, the guy lied to me for over four months and NEVER reimbursed me for my insurance. I don't recommend you buy a vehicle from him or go to him for any service, he is a fraud and the guy should not be in business or be trusted! STAY AWAY!

This is a BP gas station/automotive repair. I went there to get a tire mounted. I paid $30 for a…read moremount and balance. After the mechanic looked over the ram I was told that he didn't believe that it could be balanced across the room had a dent in it. He showed me the dent. I told the guy behind the desk to collect the money that I paid for a mounting and a balance but the mechanic won't balance the tire so I should get a partial refund. I stood there waiting and waiting and did not get a refund of any kind. A balancing should cost about $12 I would've excepted $10 for compensation for not doing the balancing and still I was charged the full $30. I don't believe the shop could be trusted for any type of automotive repair.
