It was easy to schedule an appointment with flexible hours (very convenient for those who are working). Dr Krupa prescribed a treatment plan along with massage therapy. I felt relief right after the first session. I continued with the treatment plan for a few months and now can proudly say that my back is "fixed". I am pain free. They let you know what they are going to do for you before they begin the first adjustments, and they teach you a little bit about the spine and the ligaments that run along it (it's very educational). My favorite part is that they don't treat you like you're just a patient, they treat you like you're their friend (I catch myself shooting the breeze with Dr. Brunner all the time). As long as they are there I'll never go to another chiropractor. I'm always looking forward to my next appointment with them.

Then they want to put you on a maintenance plan before your issue is corrected, which will never happen because they have no intention of correcting your problem. They just want you to keep coming back and get more money. Their maintenance plan is once a week!!!! Please save yourself time and money and go to a real chiropractor where they evaluate you after each visit. Maintenance is every 6 weeks which is normal. If you don't know anything about chiropractor care this place will make your issue ten times worse then when you walked in the door and you will be out at least $500 or more!!!

This same hip had already gone through a replacement and was not an option for surgery. I felt helpless.
