Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

David was careful when handling my car and kept reassuring me that my flat was definitely repairable. I arrived at the tire shop and the sales rep immediately recommended I buy 4 new tires before having the tech look at it. I told them I came in for a repair I was not prepared to fork out $400+. Turns out the tech said it was just a small nail and was able to patch it! I'm so glad David gave me the reassurance about my tire. He was prompt, communicative, friendly, and handled my car with care.

Oh my here we go! And on top of it, your stuck at work and awaiting a tow truck . What happened? For whatever reason it needs to be towed? It's panic mode . Let's not freak that makes it worse! The phone is great and assuming based on my area of my city this tow truck company came up. After all the calls were made the instructions were it's going to be 45 minutes to get to my location with the truck . We always have to keep faith alive. It was less than the quoted time. The driver dropped the vehicle at the dealership and followed all the instructions given to him. When making a credit card payment you have to call the office and give it to them over the phone, so easy !
