My sister had her car fixed here while on vacation, it was the most wonderful experience. Josue Guerra specifically was amazing. He explained exactly what needed to be fixed, took her under the car to show her. She took her car in at 1pm and got it back the same day around 5pm. The cost was pretty inexpensive considering and him and his team's main focus was to make sure she could make it back to California safely. He didn't try to upsell her, he let her know what could wait to be done back home and fixed what needed to, which was a few different things. My go-to spot for oil changes. Great price, awesome staff (Josue is super friendly), and they get the job done. I usually try to make an appointment. If I need to bring the car in last minute, I'll call in ahead of time, and they usually give an accurate sense of wait time. They have an indoor waiting area with refridgerated drinks. Great for getting work done while you're waiting. Amazing customer service! I called as soon as they opened to get my battery changed and they took me in right away without an appointment . Only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way home. My car has modifications in the engine bay and they were able to replace the battery and reinstall my mods perfectly. They definitely take good care of your car and treat it with respect. My check engine light came on my 2016 Lexus GS 150k which was due for a new thermostat. I requested a quote and Let's Go Auto Repair provided the most reasonable price for the two OEM thermostats my car needed. I drove across town knowing it's going to be a couple of hours, sat comfortably in their clean lobby while my car was fixed. Once it was done the Manager showed me two other recommended services in their shop with my car raised up. I'm just like everyone else who took my car to other shops and got mixed answers and outrageous prices about my vehicle needs, so I decided to search for another shop near my house and discovered these guys. Took my Scion Tc here to what I thought needed a tie rod because I heard something clunk and break while driving and almost lost control of my car on the freeway. Jeseus picked up my call and had his team take a look at what really was the problem and he was very communicative in telling me what they found and how much parts/labors would be to get it done via text. Let me tell you, my car finally drives and feels right and I wish I would've discovered these guys sooner. I really saved a lot more here than the other corporate shop I was taken it previously which they never identified correctly why my car was making a clunking noise. Never again will I make that stupid mistake again, wasted so much more money which I went broke over and over, but with these guys they even did a few more things such as changing my fluid and such just to make sure I could drive out to San Bernardino to take my Grandma out there safely. I'm forever a loyal customer based on excellent customer service, service to my vehicle and of course the price I paid. Have taken my car here for repair twice and would recommend them. They are super polite and I feel that they explain things wrong with the car patiently and are happy to go into more detail if needed. They also gave me a free ride back to my house when my car was getting repaired which was super nice. I think they take pride in their work - for instance I had my brake pads replaced but when I took it back to them later it still was making a slight noise and they were happy to fix that for free. I also feel like their pricing is reasonable. Will continue using them! read more

After a stressful morning a few weeks ago... I went into full panic mode and tried finding a good auto repair shop. It's really hard to find an honest repair shop with good pricing that won't tell you things are wrong when they aren't. I called Jose at let's go auto, he took my call and talked to me about all the issues I was having. He was understanding, reassuring, and very knowledgeable. He was done with my front breaks and oil change in an hour and 20 minutes. He did an amazing job. His pricing was absolutely fair and better than most other places I contacted. First off, I vetted this place by looking through all other reviews and shops before coming here. I do feel they were very professional in my interaction with them, in person and on the phone. I didn't feel pressured by them nor did they try to upsell me anything and I appreciated that. However, the reasons for the 2 stars are below. What I needed done and why I booked an appointment with them: 1. inspections on why my car vibrates while my foot is on the brake 2. an oil change since it was due 3. coolant fluid flushed and replaced, it was due 4. spark plugs replaced/tune up, it was due I went in knowing the diagnostic cost upfront since I talked to them about my concerns and approved for them to do the work, so that was not an issue for me. But they lack confidence and were hesitant to touch my car, they turned down the diagnostic service and said they did not charge me. I left not knowing the root causes other than that there were oil leaks and per their recommendation to go to a dealership. They spent 10-15 minutes on it and called me out to talk: said my car seems to be in bad shape, there were some oil as well as coolant leakage and said also that things look so brittle under the hood, they didn't want to work on it. Said it's best if I go to a dealership to get those things looked at. Since I needed to get an oil and filter changed, I said go ahead and do that as well as replacing the spark plugs/tune up since it is way over due for that anyway, at close to 100K miles. I asked about the vibrations and they confirmed it's there but didn't want to proceed to further see what causes it. Said it could be anything, like alignment issues, tires even, etc... So at the end, these are what I authorized to get done while here: 1. my oil and oils filter changed 2. the tune up/spark plugs and throttle cleaning. I later found another shop for a second opinion the following week. They found the oil leakage issues after spending some time diagnosing the car: 1. the oil pan was leaking...something this place could have seen when they changed my oil and filter but they didn't say anything about that when they worked on it. The other place replaced the oil pan and gasket and luckily refilled my oil without charging me for the oil since they knew I just got it done by this place last week. 2. the engine oil was leaking and needed a new valve cover gasket. Something this place probably could have concluded had they performed the diagnostic instead of turning that down and deferred it to the dealership as their recommendation. Let's Go turned down the diagnostic and didn't investigate further. However when they did the oil change, they should have been able to see the oil leaking from the oil pan which is diff from the oil from the valve cover gasket which is coming from above per the tech at the other place. 3. The other place flushed and replaced the coolant and found no leakage here. Again Let's Go was hesitant to do this, said there were signs of leakage here and deferred it to the dealership as their recommendation. (I think if my coolant was leaking, I would have experienced smokes coming out of the car hood before I even go into their shop??!) As for the vibrations, Let's Go didn't know the root causes, again declined/deferred the work and recommended that I get the dealership to do that. However, when I drove home, the vibrations were gone, so it seems the tune up/spark plugs, throttle cleaning stopped that. Thank goodness cuz I was worried it would cost so much to have the dealership look at it. Perhaps if Let's Go wasn't afraid to do the diagnostic, they could have found the root causes with the leaks and I would have gotten those things fixed here. Overall, I feel this experience just left me question the shop's overall capability to fully service my car and for future needs. This is why I gave them 2 stars. read more

Had a leaking heater hose problem back in 2022 and so I limped my car to my usual mechanic. Problem was that mechanic was 2 weeks backed up and could not help me. I looked up nearby mechanics and Let's Go auto showed up. With an overheating car, I called for a tow and got it to Let's Go. They quickly diagnosed the problem as the hose and not the Thermostat as I suspected. They got the new hose replaced and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Probably would have been quicker had the parts delivery been faster. The waiting room is clean with access to Big TV. The cellular service speed there was excellent for me so even if I had to do work there, it would not have been a problem. They also gave me a long list of recommended service that I need. Most of their prices are cheaper than my fav mechanic and since they are honest and capable, I will be returning to them for more maintenance work. I think my mechanic was the younger brother and he was very helpful. read more
