This is the best and only dentist I will ever visit again. I live nearly 2 hours away and my entire family drives for all of our treatments, big and small. The staff is incredible - every single person is positive and happy and helpful. I had some pretty serious decay and I was never made to feel judged, but always assured that they were there to help and I felt totally safe and comfortable. I tell everyone I know to drop their dentist and come to Kelleytown. If I move to New York, I'll fly down to go to Kelleytown. I'm not joking. They're THAT good. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE - I went to the office to make sure my dental policy was honored by the business. I met with Josh and he verified that their office accepted my insurance 100% for a routine cleaning. At the cleaning visit I was offered other services and declined them, however; I was billed for periodontal maintenance. I called and went to the office to explain that I received routine cleaning however, it made no difference to Josh. During the time I was at the office to get the bill cleared I stated to one of office personnel that my initial contact was with a white guy and that was repeated to him. He was quite offended that I referred to him as a white guy and became very rude. Josh was very disrespectful and refused to solve the problem even with me standing in his office unless I waited for about thirty minutes. He said that he is the only one handling billing and also the office manager. I left and posted this information. Be careful!!! read more

Terrible billing department. You can give them your insurance card information 4 times and they will ask for it a fifth time. After multiple times of reaching out to my son to make an appointment to get his filling done they made my son wait a long time for the actual service. Then when he said that he had to leave and said that I would pay for the bill, once insurance processed the claim, they made it seem like he couldn't leave until he paid up. It wasn't until I called that they finally let him go. This could've readily been considered a crime (hold someone against their will) and maybe I will pursue legal action. In the meantime. Save yourself time, headache, and stress as their billing department doesn't know their left hand from their right foot. read more

I live 60 miles away and I still come here. Everyone on the planet should go to this dentist. Every single person in the entire office is kind, gentle, and NEVER judgmental or rude. The doctor is super friendly and optimistic. I have a lot of work to be done, and they could have very easily taken advantage of my circumstances, but instead they gave me a very reasonable action plan with explanations that made sense and went out of the way to help me maximize the benefits I get from my dental insurance. Seriously, anyone anywhere, drop what you're doing and go to this dentist. Nobody ever needs to go to another Dentist. This one is 100000/10. Would recommend. Best day of my life. I went to Kellytown Dental Care to see about transferring from where I was because I was not satisfied with the care, I received. As I came into the office, it was nice but empty. I noticed immediately that there were no patients in the waiting room. I proceeded to inform the receptionist about my interest in coming to their office. I told her that I had Tricare for my insurance, and she proceeded to let me know that they do not take Tricare (Delta Dental). I was very disappointed because Tricare is an insurance that military service members get for 20+ years of service to our country. I do not understand why any place would turn away our veteran's insurance. I feel this office needs to truly understand that they need to serve the community, and not just who they want to serve. read more

There are several issues. My first visit as a new patient was over 3 hours. This was for a standard cleaning, x-rays. I arrived early but was left waiting for an hour before being called. No one came out to let me know they were running late. After finally getting into the chair for the cleaning, another hour left sitting before I actual met the hygienist. The hygienist was great. I had no complaints with her or the dentist. The next issue was billing. I was told my insurance had been verified and all services were covered with the exception of a deductible. Then, I get billed for a "cancer screening" which I'm told isn't covered. If I had known that, I would have had the option of declining. I've made over 8 phone calls to the billing department without reaching anyone. I've left detailed messages with a call back number, and still NO call back. I'm guessing this is what to expect from Corporate Dentistry. I will not be returning. read more

Kelly Town Dental NEVER EVER AGAIN. I came in for a cleaning in December 2024 The person who checked me in walked me over to X-ray's. I told her that I had had all my X-rays for the year that was covered by my insurance. I only came in for a cleaning. I told her that she needed to check with my insurance first before doing any X-rays. I refused to even go in the room until she came back and said that is was fine and it was covered. In February I receive a bill for the what my insurance did not cover. I called the number on their website over and over again and no response. Finally wrote a letter and explained what happened. Received a call today asking again for the monies for the Xray. I was told I would have to pay regardless. She said that I should have provided Xray from my other dentist. I told her that the young lady never asked for them. I had them available. digitally as well as a hard copy. The person then proceeds to tell me that I should have provided the X-rays and that I was still responsible for the Bill. I recommend that you do not believe anything that this office tells you about your coverages. This was shady and slimy and I have would never gotten X-rays nor my teeth cleaned there had I of known they were liars. I was moving out of the country on orders and just wanted to get a cleaning before we moved to another country. Worst mistake ever visiting this dental office. I DO NOT recommend Kelleytown Dental. They are corporate owned and have TERRIBLE customer service! They never answer the phone (it's always an answering service) and they are over priced! I would not recommend this practice for your care, this was my first appointment (I waited approximately 3 months for) and it was scheduled on April 8th at 2pm (I arrived at 1:45pm) no one came to take me to the back at 2:30pm so I asked the receptionist how much longer and she went to the back and returned stating that someone would be there to take me to the back soon. I received a text message a few weeks earlier from Jessica who stated that she would be the hygienist that would be working with me so I was confused when a male showed up to take me to the back (he never introduced himself or his role). He did not know how to operate the x-ray machine (standing) and when we returned back to the room and I was placed in the chair for additional x-rays he did not place the cover over me until the 4th x-ray. I discontinued the process and asked to speak with the office manager who stated that Jessica had an "emergency" and that this information should have been relayed to me when I checked in, she then proceeded to tell me that the male was a Dental Assistant who was filling in due to Jessica's emergency. Which is truly unacceptable considering he is not a hygienist and the difficulty that he exhibited with the equipment. I will never return or recommended this practice to anyone. read more

The Dentist and the Dental assistants that worked on me were great, but the office experience was some of the worst I've ever experienced in my adult life. I had a procedure done and was charged $207 up front, but the dentist decided that I only needed a filling which would have been $7 out of pocket after insurance. I was told that it would take a couple of weeks for my refund to be given, and it has now been 3 months. What's more disappointing is that I have called at least a dozen times, and the billing department has NEVER answered the phone. NOT ONCE. I have left voicemails, I have emailed, I even went to their website to try to use the chat function, but no one has gotten back to me. I don't know if they are shorthanded or if they just don't want to give me my money back, but either way it is very unprofessional. I took several months trying to find a dentist in my area and it will be very unfortunate to have to start searching for another because of poor customer service. read more
