Not quite the same ever since Dr. Felcher sold the practice. They don't call with reminders and no notice when it has been a while since you have been in. I have gone to this practice for almost 20 years. The cleanings aren't quite as thorough and the staff is not very friendly. read more

They call and text you literally 5000 times in between appointments. They text with inaccurate payment amounts and then when I arrive to the office it changes. I was told the same day they could do 4 fill ins and a cleaning and was given a 15 minute grace period only when I arrived she could only do 1 fill in. That's crazy. Lol they just keep having my updated reviews removed lol. Here we go again with an attempt at a 3rd updated review. I'm gonna make this as short as possible. I ended up filing a complaint with the attorney general's office about their dishonest business tactics since Bridge the office manager never contacted me back after numerous attempts to contact him about the issue at hand. Funny once the attorney general got to my complaint a week later Bridge called me lying saying "no one told me you were trying to contact me and had they I would have called you back". Lol yeah right dude. I left you a voicemail so your lies won't work with me. So he schedules me an appointment to have the other cavity filled on 10/12/21 in attempt to rectify the situation. My husband drove me to the appointment and the appointment was at 3:00 but we didn't get there till 3:16. McKenzie the new receptionist told me over the phone at 3:08 that they have a 15 min grace period. Like most doctor's offices so that meant I had until 3:15 to get there. Now the very first time I went back on 06/02/21 I was way past 15 mins late but I was still allowed to come to my appointment and get my cleaning. This time I was 1 min late and they locked the door on me and wouldn't allow me to come to my appointment. I ended up calling the police to see if he or she could be a voice of reason and nope. After that I decided I would not be back and later that night I received an email. They responded to the attorney general's complaint and they attached a financial agreement they claimed I signed. Upon looking over the document I noticed handwriting that wasn't mine on the print your name line. Lol it turns out they forged my signature but the mistake they made which is a common mistake a lot of people make when either pronouncing or spelling my name. They left the U out of my name lol. Not only that but the signature looked to be very sloppy cursive writing and I cannot for the life of me write in cursive. I let my mom, husband, and grandma see that document and they all said it wasn't my handwriting. My mom even said "you can tell they tried to copy your handwriting". So what I did was took the paper to the police station and filed a police report. To forge someone's signature is a criminal act and I WILL pursue this to the FULLEST extent. It was one thing to lie about the insurance, another to be petty and lock the door not allowing me to come to the appointment even after it was Bridge that told me to, but to forge my signature to cover up your lie? Not gonna work and I would advise ANYONE to stay away from this shady disgusting business. They can't even be honest about the fact they CLEARLY say on their website they accept a wide variety of insurance, when you call they will ask for your insurance information, their new patient paperwork asks for your insurance information, but once they reel you in you'll quickly find out they don't accept insurance. They expect you to come to your appointment and read fine print that states they are an out of network facility instead of being honest and putting it on their website or letting patients know when they call. Just like another yelper said they did to her. Oh and to Bridge, Dr.Lee, etc I have posted all about what you did to me back in June and how you forge my signature on my exposingdoctors website. Had my first appointment today and was nervous because I have not been to the dentist in a while. They were extremely friendly, kind and gentle. While they don't do topical anesthetic, I found I didn't need it during my appointment. I typically feel like my gums have been butchered after my a dentist appointment and in a lot of discomfort but not leaving my appointment with Stockbridge dental today. I've def found my new dentist and won't be hesitant for my visits going forward. read more

Me and my husband went here as new patients because my friend referred us to them. Little did I know that they are out of network for most insurances as per the person on the phone today. (I thought this would be something I would be told when I went)Not receiving a bill months later. We had to pay a total of $260 extra from what the insurance would pay. Received collections call and report to credit agency on a bill that was PAID. Collections said Stockbridge Dental had to change the status with them. The receptionist at Stockbridge Dental told me on 8/17/21 that a former employee sent a lot of accounts to collections by mistake and the business manager would call me back to discuss. I have received no call back. The receptionist will not answer calls - hung up when I reached her. Collections says they spoke to the business manager who says the account is not paid. No one will discuss my bank statement proving it was paid. This is in addition to the fact that the actual services were almost $1,000 more than the estimate provided for the service. Highly unprofessional and impossible (thus far) to resolve issue of their incompetence. read more

This group is expensive and deceptive. After going for a routine cleaning, I was billed months later for an amount exceeding my insurance coverage. After inquiring, I was told that I received a periodontal maintenance which wasn't fully covered. I was not advised of this before the service or that my insurance would not cover their service. I see a periodontist on an alternating basis, and asked therefore, that this extra maintenance billing be removed. They would not even talk to me about this and flat out refused. Other family members I learned after this were treated the same way. This does seem to be a trend with this group who obviously don't care about their patients or their business. They were really nice and friendly. More importantly they're honest. I went there for a second opinion due to supposedly having a cavity despite no pain (I had told my primary dentist that I already got it fixed in Texas (I was there for work) but they were adamant). Stockbridge Denral took x-rays to verify. There was none detected. I thank them and so does my wallet. Definitely recommend if you want an honest dentist read more

I have been a patient for years and have not one negative comment to make. Julia has been my hygienist since my very first visit almost 10 years ago. She is absolutely the best! She has been a gentle, patient coach for good dental care and truly cares that I take the best care of my teeth and gums. I have not known Dr. Felcher as long as I have Julia, but he, too, is a gentle, caring person who just wants to be sure that you get the best dental care possible.
