The shape of the nails is uneven and sloppy, and the overall job was rushed. To make matters worse, the technician was rude and made me feel uncomfortable when it came time to pay, acting like I should leave a bigger tip even though the service was poor!! Staff were on time, my technician was SO meticulous on my pedicure, extra thorough scrubbing of callouses, great trimming of cuticles, relaxing massage and the polish was perfect!
