Cons: they weren't the shape that I asked for, three of them were crooked/uneven, and she was unable to do the fairly simple design I had asked for so she offered to do flowers which were ok but not great. If you're looking for basic nails with no frills, I think they do a decent job. If you want designs, I would politely suggest going elsewhere. read more

So clean and so friendly! I've been here several times for a pedicure and each time is so wonderful. I don't like having my feet touched but these ladies are so gentle. The atmosphere is so inviting and clean. The only reason they're not getting 5 stars is because you have to buy your own "nail kit" for $5. It comes with a file and buffer and they make you buy it or you can use an "already-used" kit for free. Kinda made me feel weird thinking someone else's feet were on my file so I bought the new one. You can keep bringing in your "kit" though and they'll use it for no extra charge. read more

I was able to get in quickly for a gel mani/pedi! Julie was my nail tech, and she took her time and did an overall great job. The salon itself is small (about 4 mani spots and 4 pedi spots), and is super clean! They give you your nail files to bring back to your next appointment, so you know they are not reusing other stuff. It ended up being $100 total for a gel mani/pedi, with a design on the mani. It's a little more pricey than other walk in type salons - but I will likely be back. read more

I am so pleased with the way my nails are done at this salon! It is a very pleasant, professional, and welcoming experience. I prefer my nails to be done in a particular fashion, which involves more steps than some others. My nails are prepped with care and diligence in getting the shape just right. By the time she gets to the polish stage, my nails look very natural. The cost of the service is in line with other salons. If possible, they do welcome walk-ins. Made an appointment to have a regular manicure and pedicure, they wanted me to come in right when they opened. Walked in and there was only one nail tech running around serving five women at once. She got us all seated and the rest of the nail techs came in a few minutes later. Honestly it just felt rushed for no reason, the girls switched out halfway through my pedicure after one cut my big toe and was bleeding and the lady that did my nails did a worse job than I could have done. I understand they may have felt overwhelmed with how many people were coming in, but I had an appointment and just felt rushed and didn't get the best job. We called first thing in the morning and they were able to squeeze in 2 pedicures and a manicure. My niece (5) enjoyed getting pampered like her mom and auntie. My nail technician was very quiet but very meticulous. Some problem areas that others just overlooked, she spent lots of time on to make sure my toes were looking their best. First time and last time here. Went in for a pedicure. When me and my sister walked in they asked us to pick color, as we were looking the girl kept rushing us telling us she was ready now. When we told her we were still trying to pick she kept pointing at the chair saying she was ready right now. So my sister sat first since she had a general idea of what color. I was sat about 10 minutes after her which was fine. Except the girl doing my toes kept trying to catch up to the lady doing my sisters pedicure making my pedicure rushed. The bag liner had a hole so it kept suctioning to my feet and instead of fixing it they just drained it. So I didn't even get to soak in it. They didn't remove any of the dry skin on my feet and then used a different color than I picked. Color was still very pretty but I wish they would have asked first. On the menu it said the sugar scrub Pedi was $27 and $15 for gel. That's exactly what I got but when I got to the counter to pay they said it came to $58. I have no idea how considering it was the fastest pedicure I have ever had (about 10 minutes) with no massage and a quick run over with sugar scrub and no callus removal at all. My feet still are dry and nails look like I did them myself. Save your money. This place just wants you in and out like a lot of places these days and you can do a better job yourself. read more

My wife took my daughter to get her nails done. They were there right at opening, the first customers in the door. The lady asked what they wanted done, where she was told 2 full sets. All of a sudden two older ladies came in the door and sat down at the nail tables, totally ignoring that they were there. While they were still waiting for the lady that talked to them to call them over, another lady came in the door, pushed my daughter out of the way, and sat down at the last table. The lady that talked to them said rudely, we are busy, come back at 11am. They need to understand what customer service means and realize they are not the only nail place in town. I was in the Polished Nail Salon 2 days ago. My thumb and finger are still sore from the technician cutting so close I was bleeding. When I tried to tell her my thumb cuticle was bleeding she acted like she didn't understand and tried to make some excuse. She took her time on my mani-pedi but she needs to make sure she doesn't cut people and listen. She also cut my nails so short there isn't much left. She didn't seem to understand that either.
