I should say this seems indicative of a recent trend in advertising on the part of local retailers: send coupons or offers to someone's home only to have the customer find out upon arrival sorry we don't take that coupon or sorry that's out of stock or we don't carry that item etc the old bait and switch routine get someone in your store with a free offer or coupon offer and then offer up excuses when the customer wants to redeem the offer. Needless to say I did contact Ace's corporate offices as they're the ones who sent the coupon the local store didn't but they were no help they say store is independently owned and operated so they can make their own policies about whether or not they want to accept our coupons. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).

Located just across and south of Walmart on 12 Mile Road in Warren, I visited Printy Co. TWICE in…read moretwo days. First one was to print a poster for a Halloween event I'm having second one was to print paracetamol for the same event. Both times I have dealt with Hakim (the owner who is VERY hands on) and Jane (who makes you feel quite at home very quickly). Jane wrote me with prices and Hakim got the poster done VERY QUICKLY. I was going to do both poster and postcards on the same day. Hakim advised after the poster was printed, that there will be either some cropping or some condensing in the fonts when the postcards are made since the size of the postcard I wanted was not directly proportional to the size of the postcards. He could've easily printed it and just charged me BUT he instinctively knows, I would not be happy with either result so instead, he advised me to reformat the file to fit the size of the postcard AND leave 1/8" on the designs perimeter to allow for the bleeds to be perfectly cut. I did as he advised and came back the next day. Needless to say, I am VERY SATISFIED with how big the posters and the postcards came out. I will DEFINITELY skip Kinko's and come back here instead foot all my printing needs, ESPECIALLY if I want the products to have a PROFESIONAL finish. Thanks Hakim and Jane!

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!
