I don't own a restaurant - I'm just a hobby baker. I went here to get an item, but when I got here I checked the website and it said "out of stock." I asked a cashier; she looked up the item and grabbed one from the back. Glad I asked!! The store was clean and staff was friendly. read more

I love all things related to cooking and the kitchen. Places like this are like what being a kid in a candy store feels like, for me They have so many things that you can use in your home as well of course if you have a Restaurant/Business. Large commercial grade appliances I wish I could fit in my own kitchen and afford. Stools, Chairs, Tables. Serving dishes, Plates, Drinkware all of which is mostly available in bulk quantities. They have a decent amount of Cookware. Large Metal Stock Pans, Saute pans, Lobster Pans (bought mine here before), they carry them. Cutting boards, Sheet pans. Saute pans, pricing is so-so. I've seen better and spent about the same or less at Sam's Club for single pans but if you don't have a membership there then these are a good buy. They don't always last as long as Calphalon or All-Clad but they get the job done. And if you cook as much as I do you will go through pans quickly so these are perfect. They also have a ton of different kitchen gadgetry. Thermometers, Cookie Scoops, Knives, Graters, Zesters, Cocktail stuff. The list goes on. If you are looking for Commercial grade appliances, large or small this is a great place. If you are needing some household items to stock your kitchen with, this is also a great place to come that will save you some money. I do wish they had longer hours as getting there by 5:00 isn't easy. read more

Buyers beware this place is an absolute joke. When you order close to 10k in merchandise and get items damaged they won't stand by their word. We got several items Damaged from the shipper several items were damaged and we did not notice them until we opened the mountain of boxes. Called the joke of customer service to only be told that we should have made the carrier wait for us to open said boxes. Please show me one carrier that would wait while a small business owner takes the time to open the mountain of boxes. Lessons learned I will never ever buy anything else from this joke of a company nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. read more

Worst experience ever!! These people are a joke. Got tables and chairs delivered March 13 2024. $7000.00 in merchandise! 10 chairs were ripped and missing screw that held on the actual seat cushions. Table tops gouged! Sent them pictures of damaged goods and after a day they responded with them not being able to do anything about it; that we should have checked it all before signing. Everything was boxed up wrapped in plastic, palletized and wrapped again in plastic. R & L Carriers was the one that delivered. And they weren't going to wait an hour for us to unpack everything, and then find a way to repack all the damaged items. Wasn't gonna happen and they no that. So apparently we are just supposed to let it be! good luck with these people! read more

Forget William Sonoma, this place is a cook's treasure trove... From cooking ranges to Vita Mix blenders to jelly boards or squeeze bottles. They have almost anything you could need to make great food and its on the cheap. On top of that the merch is quality stuff. I love to go here on my day off and buy a few items that I may want or need before a big dinner party. My last purchase was a 16"X20" pizza stone that I think I paid like $25 for. This place is awesome! So everybody knows I sell jam, and with business booming, I needed some new stock pots and odds and ends. This place is super huge, bright and has a ton of variety. On one side is restaurant specific chairs, tables and place settings. In the middle is the commercial equipment, and along the other wall is misc smaller industrial and restaurant items like pots, blenders, aprons, etc. Their prices are super reasonable for most smaller things and decent for the larger items. I got an excellent heavy duty aluminum 20 qt stock pot for $31 including the lid. They also had full aprons, heat proof oven mitts, melting domes, and other stuff I needed for only a few dollars. The customer service was good too. Friendly and helpful without hovering. And the best part? It's free to the public to shop. So if tou have a business, are an amateur chef or just like heavy duty kitchen equipment this is your place. read more

Because this company normally sells to restaurants, the prices are lower than most kitchen gadget stores. Items used at home and not in a restaurant kitchen will most likely not be here. It's kinda like the IKEA of the Cooking industry. I love to cook, so this place will be a stop I make at least twice a year, just for the fun of it. A shout-out to my sales-buddy, Ken. I hesitate to give a review of only 3 stars. The store is fine, the selection is good but the manager there is literally - terrible. They made numerous errors with a delivery to our place - merchandise came dented, other merchandise was wrong. Upon discussing with manager (very calmly) I thanked him for a discount but said due to delivery issues which were causing me great cost (construction crew waiting) I would not return to their store. His response? GOOD!. I was urged by delivery person to contact corporate - said he had heard it before. read more

I have gone to this location several times and have experienced the same service everytime. All sales staff seem too busy to take care of any customers that are in their store. I own a restaurant and if I treated my customers as they treat theirs, I would be out of business. I had stopped going into restaurant equippers because it is so poorly managed but felt I would give them another try, well once again I was treated like I was intruding on their time. I was shopping for a commercial immersion blender and was looking at the different types when a sales associate was stocking shelves, I clearly was in his way and after he huffed and puffed a few times I looked at him and his response was "are you done shopping?" Really?? At that point I made up my mind I was finished, I took the items I was purchasing up to the front where there were 4 gentlemen and a lady at registers, I walked up to one and got zero response so I walked down to where the woman was, she was just finishing up with a customer, I put my items on the counter and she walked away, I asked excuse me are you open she looked at me and said "im going on break" I would not buy anything at this store ever again, they need to be reminded of just who exactly pays their salary. read more
