I just had an excellent experience with Dr Kelly Gibson and her office. They took me in early and did my x rays and examination. She had first checked to verify my insurance was in place and there would be no surprises. Dr Gibson was professional, listened to my concerns and agreed to a plan how to handle my dental future. She didn't try to scare me or up sell me on procedures that I didn't need. I have grown to expect dentists to be like car salesmen trying to get the gold out of your teeth and into their pocket. Dr. Kelly Gibson and her staff kick %ss! Here's the scoop. Never had a tooth issue in all my years. Recently, however, one of my molars decided to go rogue. Pain. Problem. I haven't had a regular dentist in decades. Called Dr. Gibson's office. New patient. Last minute. Got me in the same day at 1130. Turns out, I had a suspected cracked tooth. Dr. Gibson advised me of the options and referred me to an endodontist to confirm. She had her office call up the endo and boom. Got me an appointment for later in the afternoon. Cracked tooth confirmed. Long story short - I ended up seeing an oral surgeon (after the endo) and had the problem tooth extracted mere hours after Dr. Gibson got the ball rolling. What a great first experience! I took my 8 year old son here for his first time dental appointment. The staff were super friendly and very kind. I was expecting my son to cry, but he didn't! From the moment I walked into the office I felt a sense of peace and calm as the office staff greeted me by name and welcomed me with a smile. The dental hygienist was great as she worked quickly yet diligently while also providing some insight into some things to try at home to help with my sensitive gums. Dr. Gibson came by to check out the work after. She was down to earth and seemed to be in her natural element. I had to come back to get a filling replaced a few weeks later and when I returned Dr. Gibson and her staff were ready for me and showed so much care and attention to me that I felt like I was the only there even though it was clear there were other patients around. I went in for a basic teeth cleaning. Come to find out after some close attention to detail, Kelly noticed I had an abscess on a crown I had implanted years back. If it wasn't for her and her awesome team... I would be living with an infection still! Orally, their the best! I randomly found them because her office is close to my new apartment in HB.
