But unless you need a simple, residential fix of your HVAC system, they won't bother to service you. I had a tech from Rey's come out a couple weeks ago and after looking at the condenser for Gree mini split that was experiencing an H5 error, the tech just didn't want to diagnose it and look at fixing the unit as he felt it "was too complicated" for as he stated, they only do residential HVAC systems. My unit is part of an apartment complex which is classed as commercial, but HVAC systems are HVAC systems and a company like this one and with their reputation, should be able to fix this. I will also grant that the system is 10 years old. But I had another tech come and was able to diagnose the issue within 30 minutes and found that I just needed to replace a couple temperature sensors that cost a total of $100 and got it up and operational within an hour. Also, the reason I contacted them is that they are listed as a Gree certified partner vendor. He also complained that they used to go out of their way to service customers but got burned or ended up spending too much time and resources, so they now decline service that they consider not "worth their time and effort". When I hear this, I believe this is a company that grew too big and now only focuses on things they can fix easily and will avoid things they consider too difficult. But then my fix was actually pretty easy. Just be aware of their current business state and make sure your fix is easy, but then why bother I guess? Good luck with this contractor...

My husband is a pilot and he was (of course) leaving on a trip so I called DeLuxe Air Friday morning, and Luis was at my house by 2:00 PM that afternoon! He fixed the problem and even came back Saturday morning to finish the job! He was kind, knowledgeable, and gracious - he explained everything to me, provided pictures of what he found, and even showed me how to install a new filter. Let's just say that no wipe is flushable. We just had to convince our 2 year old granddaughter of that! Jamal had to do quite a bit of work to fix a broken pipe (sawing through my first floor ceiling to get there). But he nailed it---And I think they charged a fair price for the repair! Their quote was the lowest we got, but we got what we paid for. We had them replace our HVAC a few…read moreyears ago. They did not install the correct size return vent so our heater kept overheating. It would cycle on and off every few minutes and say it was heating when no air was moving. We literally had them come out 4 times before they found out what the issue one. The first 3 times they gaslit us and said that is was our Nest or a draft in an interior wall... I think they have only one good employee because the 4th guy to show up told us he liked to get paid for his overtime and would stick around until he got to the cause of the problem. Also when they finally "fixed" the return vent to a proper sized, they botched the install and had cracks in the ceiling and random screws sticking out in places. So they had to come back again to fix that mistake.
